I don't think they'd be able to make it past the starting line if their tires couldn't grip the asphalt at all... but if they did get a little push, that would certainly be interesting.
I watched this video the day it came out and loved how funny it was. A year later, I understand all the jokes they were making after getting into watching competitive Smash and it's even better now.

for those who may have forgotten, or just aren't aware. In PM, footstools require pressing the taunt button in the air as opposed to pressing the jump button. This prevents people from accidentally footstooling like in other smash bros games while recovering, while also making the usage of footstools more skill-based. Knowing this, the play at 3:17 was super rad, goddamn.

Captain Falcon with slippery physics is how I imagine a Blood Falcon Echo fighter would play like; he'd have faster attacks, particularly his Blood Punch, but he'd slip around a lot more. The idea behind it is that his Blood Hawk in F-Zero: X is absolutely broken and the champion of speedruns so he'd have slippery physics that could be exploited in the same way.
