I know this is a bad suggestion, but after each pad we should put uv glue on it, to avoid the heat from blowing it away, when you're done, scrape off the glue.
I'm not the type that gets every new product unless it solves a problem that i don't know how to solve. In retrospect,I could have used solder mask to prevent movement, which I probably should have done. Maybe those pads can do something extra, but I dont see how they are better then spacers. Granted, I havent really looked into them.
