I specialize in recovering data from water-damaged or severely damaged iPhones. I use microsoldering to repair damaged voltage lines on the logic board to recover data, or will do full CPU swaps when necessary. I have a strong reputation for successful iPhone data recoveries, with 5-star reviews from satisfied customers. I'm working on this exact card, and interestingly, it's C1 as well. But I can't lift that chip. Tons of flux, full heat at 480, even trying to leverage the chip off with tweezers. Won't go. Any suggestions?
I have an iPhone 13 that seems to have a damaged motherboard after I got a screen replaced because I dropped it. I can’t access my data to transfer it. I need to talk on the phone
apple are real criminals. so because they were forced to switch to type c charging which should be universal they encrypted the demm thing so that other cable of typc c will damage your phone.
My iPhone xr has been serviced by the baseband but the technician said there was a crack in the baseband, and the data could not be copied, how should I do it? Thnk you
I have an older video of a successful ram swap and I actually have footage of 2 more jobs that I haven't edited yet that have successful ram swaps, and will be out soon.
I hope it will be out soon. Does the CPU have to be still soldered to the board or is it possible to desolder the RAM if CPU is desoldered from the CPU? In the older models it was possible to remove the ram after desoldering the cpu.
This reminds me of that iPhone SE2 that I worked on. Phone had a battery issue where the phone couldn't determine the status of the battery. I believe I mentioned this in the comments in one of your other videos, that I got OL on the battery SCL line. I had done a visual inspection and it wasn't until a slight prod with the tweezer did a pull up resistor, that I checked for components on the said line, reveal that it was cracked in half! 😮
@@oaaiqmc Got a fix for error 2009 and 2006 (This method worked on my iPad Pro, if you are using a different Apple device make sure to research how to put your device in DFU mode, as the process may vary) Put the device and restore in DFU instead of Recovery Mode. DFU Guide: While on Recovery Mode connect the device yon your PC or Mac. Make sure that iTunes, Apple Music, or Apple Devices App is open and your device is connected and can be detected by one of these apps. Whatever is working for you guys. (You have to figure that one out) Once connected, press volume up then volume down then quickly press and hold the power button. When the screen turned black or once the device exited recovery mode release the power button and quickly press and hold the power button and the volume down button, after 5 seconds release the power button (only the power button) and keep holding the volume down button until you see that your device is now in DFU on either iTunes, Apple Music, or Apple Devices. If it showed you that your device is now in DFU and suddenly got disconnected (just like what happened to mine) just unplug the cable from the device and replug it. After that you can now restore and update your device in DFU.
Hello @iBoardRepair, my iphone 14 also does not take charge. there are some really important information on my phone that unfortunately are not backed up on my cloud. I talked to apple and multiple other technicians and everyone says there is no way to keep my info. What can I do?
Hello Aaron. I found you on Google earlier today and read some reviews. You seem extremely trustworthy. I was wondering if you could get my pictures and data back from my phone. It fell into the tub yesterday morning, and now it won’t turn on. There is a hole in the screen, so water went inside. I took the SIM card out and put it in my iPhone X, but I lost everything because I didn’t back it up. Is there anyway I could get it back, or is it gone forever? It’s an iPhone SE 2020 if you need to know. Thanks.

@@iBoardRepair I clicked on the link, and I have another question. What are you going to look at when you have my passcode? Maybe your videos have some information about it, but I don’t have time at the moment to watch them.
I know this is an old post but i ran into the same issue, stuck on recovery mode. Power button and volume down both are missing 1.8v. I was able to provide 1.8v for both lines and was finally able to boot phone normally. My only problem is that once the phone is booted, the power button and volume buttons don't work. i have also tested new power flex and it is the same. So my question is, would replacing the PMIC restore the button functions?
great job and footage!. would it be beneficial to add some slight pressure or weight to the top board in the final re-fuze of the two halves? it seems perhaps its own weight of the top board on the heating block could be slightly insufficient? if there is the smallest warp on one end as the two halves melt together ? hmm. it worked though
i surrendered to troubleshot this 11 pro max randomly restarts its also water damage.. so stressed 😅😅 sometimes it takes to much time to restart sometimes less than 2mins... i already try the possible issues given from wiki but still the same... upon your explanation im thinking if i have to trouble this again or not. lol😂😂 by the way thanks bro for the idea. Last resort TP Upper hahaha
Hey Aaron, Great video as always! Those are pull-up resistors on the i2c line. Devices connected on that line will not be able to communicate if those are missing as the line will never be pulled up. Although prs0 is an analogue sensor itself, it is being interfaced digitally by a chip on the flex and needs to communicate using the i2c line with the cpu
