This family is a big fan of smash burgers beef or pork. This was the first time smashing a lamb burger and it was on point. Absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
2lb Ground Lamb
1 Onion Sliced
2 Tbs Minced Garlic
Black Garlic Unami Sauce
Sliced Cheese
1 pk Brioche Buns
Seasoning.
2 Tbs. Cumin
2 Tbs Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Chipotle Pepper
1: Mix up the seasoning in a bowl. Cumin, Black Pepper, Salt, Chipotle Pepper.
2: Add the seasoning into the meat and mix up.
3: Make meat balls about 2 ounces each in size. Two balls per burger.
4: Sliced the onions and mince the garlic. Sauté them up in a cast iron pan with some black garlic sauce. When golden brown remove from heat.
5: Heat up a griddle or large cast iron pan to high heat. This is a fast cook.
6: Put the meat balls in the pan, top with onions and smash them.
7: After a couple mins flip the patties and add cheese to melt.
8: Assemble the burger and enjoy.
