This is one of the sounds that every Synhouse all-original factory correct Synclavier II customer going back to 2001 has received for free with their system purchase here, it is one of 64 sounds on the Release E (the same Release used on the new album made with this system and the other Synhouse system that was using Release M which sounds different) Real Time Program disk, those are called the Instructional Timbres, as opposed to the timbre library disks (approximately ten exist across the five years it was made, the first three timbre disks 1-3 were included with the systems for free back in 1980) which have no software on them and you have to boot from an RTP disk first.

On the System Diskette (Instruction Timbres), bank 4, entry 4 is the sound "Repeat w/delay", the delay part giving it the spacey sound you have here (it's not the room sound, this is just a demo made quietly with a small 25 year old self-powered Roland monitor with a loose jack that I carry around for monitoring while doing Synclavier service calls, but most of the Synclav com channel videos are filmed in my other place with the vastly superior Hafler/Tannoy setup at a moderately loud volume).
You just press the key and it starts doing this Alan Parsons Project sort of arpeggiator riff all by itself, instant rock star, no talent needed. This is how we did it all in the 1980s. Or you can get a little more involved and use the arpeggiator on the button panel with ANY of the other sounds it has, or program your own sounds, starting by dialing up the exact harmonics you want in the additive synthesis waveform system that ONLY the Synclavier II has.
