SMBX 1.4.5 NPC Movements at Start of Level Instead of When on Screen (WIP) 

Preview of a new script that will be crucial for SMBX creators. The script was made by The Kitten from Discord that has NPCs move at the start of the level instead of when spawned on screen. It may seem like a small thing, but it is very important if you want everything to stay in sync in your level. I am having some problems with the script that I hope I will be able to resolve. Once this is finished, I will make another video about this.
