SMG4 has a very selective Continuity... things only have continuity if it's relevant to the plot, while if it's for a joke it doesn't need to be considered. Like how the world literally explodes at the end of "Mario runs out of Toilet Paper" for example. Or the MANY times Mario has straight up died in an episode, only to be perfectly fine in the very next scene of the same episode
