Whirlwind is one of those love/hate moves. You love to use it, but whenever you see that the enemy has a Kukulkan, you scream in agony.

It's the way to play. 1. Whirlwind 2. Repeat until ult's ready 3. Ult in a corridor/during a stun Kuku requires like, zero skill

exactly what happens in every match with kukulkan. you caught someone on his team, he puts down the the whirlwind on them, now you have to run or tank the whole damage. a fight start, he puts it on top of your team, now you have to run with your back turned to them or the whirlwind will kill you, god forbid if any of them manage to CC you while you're in the whirlwind. you run or you have to dive deeper just to get out of whirlwind, which make you surrounded by their team members. either way its their win. but when they are on my team, oh baby sweet jesus i love that dragon. the enemy are scare to even come close to him. i just laugh as they try to run away from the whirlwind while we throw down our CC on them and they can't even fight back. those without a dash are as good as dead.

This comment genuinely made me lol, au kuang is a b teir mage with at least 7 gods who do his job better, and like 4 who do it just as well as him. There is only like 18 mages in the game -_-... Au Kuang is one of the easiest gods to use, that's why so see a lot of au's doing really well in low level(low-skilled) play. Really I feel sorry for Hi Rez everytime a new god comes out they get a ton of loud mouth like this guys whining at them about balance when they usually have no idea what they're talking about. Gerard cunningham Ao is easy to use, but his passive makes him one of the only gods who can over cap their magical power. It's fun to use him in casual just because of his damage out-put~.

Nah, Ao Kuang 2.0 will be whatever Hi-Rez decides to do with Ao Kuang's rework. Kukulkan is just Ao Kuang Mayanized. Kind of like Sun Wukong was Mayanized into Hun Batz while Hi-Rez reworked the monkey king into Sun Wukong 2.0.

I think it's just a question of Pantheon, Maya's pantheon has the less number of gods in the game so I guess they want to balance a bit that number. Drybear said that it was also because he get a lot of hate (Ao Kuang) because he's really( REALLY) simple to play, even LOL players could be able to play him, but nvm no change at all about the spells, so its bullshit. Btw he looks cool like that, but still a dumb god in his gameplay style. Peace

It's the original Ao Kuang turned into a Mayan god while Ao Kuang is getting reworked into Ao Kuang 2.0. It's pretty much exactly what happened to Sun Wukong being Mayanized into Hun Batz and then getting reworked into being the beefy Warrior voiced by Goku's VA.

Yes. All your Ao stuff is carried over to Kukulkan. Except the voice pack, but you get a refund for it.

The voice pack is only for the sacred dragon skin now. It's not completely removed.
