In this guide series I take a look at each god’s respective abilities and describe how they function and what situations they are best used in. I also go over builds, relic choices, ability leveling, and combos with each God. The guides are typically made for new/returning players but I don't shy away from more technical ideas/mechanics, so who knows, you might learn a thing or two!
For builds the first build I put is the one I personally rely on/recommend, then, any other builds are sourced from high level players, usually referenced against builds from prosmitebuilds.com, which gathers builds from high level players in ranked and pro play.

Okay so clearly, i think Hades is the most boring god in SMITE. Who do you guys think is the most boring god in the game?

For me, it's Vamana. I'm not a big fan of his kit/moveset because it's fairly 1 note. On the other hand a god like Osiris (in my opinion) does Vamana's job a lot better, and Osiris has more overall flexibility.

For me it's Hercules. His gameplay is so repetitive. He could use a minor rework.

Hades is my second most played mage it really is rough get counter picked or play into a group of people that counter your ultimate but he sure is a lot of fun to play that I enjoy. I guess it just fits my play style.

Tried Hades in solo but got wrekt by a goobis

now THAT is an unlucky matchup. basically if hes overaggressive you win easily since you can silence is combo, but i he, yknow, has a brain and just waits for you to 2 the wave, youre in big trouble. in that matchup its either punish him for using all of his resources on you instead of the wave, or, just chill back and wait for the game to come to you, since Hades is basically a better Anubis as the game gets later and later.
