I think that one is more of a lack of being able to walk while in almost any kind of menu on console, which i think hi-rez should add in in some way

I agree that auto walk would be perfect also when you ult the pictures of the abilities never load.

Bluelife022 I think her kit is well balanced. Especially her ult as in most matches there will be somebody who has snowballed pretty hard and Morrigans ult allows the team to have some equal ground during fights.

I like morrigan, too. But her ult is really what makes or breaks her. She really is dependent on the team and thats what sucks the most. She doesnt do nearly as much damage as any other squishy mage to hold on her own. She needs a damage buff and her ult needs a complete reworking to do something else besides copying other gods.

I play in console and if you are on the ultimate menu you move slower but faster to the corners, it feels very buggy, hope they fix it. I play with 150 ping and even then the 1 doesn't feel clunky for me so I guess that's just people crying. Her ult needs some changes, especially on console. What I consider should be done in general, is to totally remove the delay on transforming, it fits no purpose and really feels clunky, there is no reason to have a delay when trying to make a good play. And then, just make a detransform exactly as Fafnir, being vulnerable and a noticeable change, only that would make her a lot more comfortable for me. If you ask me, she's Ao Kuang's level pick/ban worthy.

Iñaki Arias my biggest thing with her on console... lock the camera when we bring up the menu to choose the good to transform into.

The prob is the escape with that. People would just wait on you with CC and Burst at the ready to bomb you back to the stone age as you come out of it. It only works with Fafnir because he's tanky and has a leap (therefore decent mobility to boot). While Morrigan is as squishy as a wet paper bag, and easily knocked out of her Invisible by essentially any attack. ON TOP of that, she then loses her movement speed bonus when it happens! x.x I wish they'd just let you turn into intangible smoke and move for the seconds in between the detransformations instead of punishing you with a stun and Ability/Relic activation delay.

i rly dont consider her as op people always cry on new releases because they dont know how to counter their new kit.I realy liked the dea of a fafnir like ult (but without the transform-detransformation time) and it could match with her lore by having 3 transforms (like swk) that change only her 3rd (the 1st and 2nd would change visualy) but hi rez tends to nuke nice ideas (thats why there is still nox with her terible kit)

DukeSloth Do you really think no one should build Rage right now? I think Rage is better than before, Now Rage can be a nice late game only critical item, Its good for Teamfights, Thanatos or Kali can pick as last item for example, Chars that wanna go kill after kill

Will wait a bit with Bracer of Undoing I think, wanna test it more. Season 4 Tier list coming towards the end of the week, but it's not what you're expecting. Rage is crap, especially with Poisoned Star and Wind Demon being so good right now.

Minion aggro has been mostly fixed with the Morrigan, but if you stealth while archers are attacking you, it's possible still for the archer arrows to reach you after you stealth, and you instantly get turned back.

And Thana/Kali may get trolled too :)

Wing X Custom I'm pretty sure they didn't rush.

His 2 is Nemesis' 2 where slow is changed to pull. His 1 is Nemesis' 1 where 2 sprints are changed in to 2 aoe attacks + 1 sprint, but it works the same way. His ult is improved Hades ult with same mechanics except Hades does not get knocback and cant shoot it freely and has to channel it, one of the worsts ults in the game

Jin- oh my gosh you don't know how stupid you sound completely changing an ability a simple triangle slow to a pull have no relation his three is a teleport and his 1 is a three attack nothing like a nem dash which is 2 dashes his ult knocks up acts like a tornado sucks people in. If you want to say susano is a recycled version of nemesis and other abilities you need to play a lot more.

Jin I personally dont agree with you at all The Morrigans kit is actually very unique ((not being sarcastic)) Her 1: Summons a triangle is pretty much Point Blank Range in front of her while stunning and doing damage, idk anyone who has that... Her 2: Line attack which isnt unique but what it does is, it allows all allies to do bonus damage upon next ability and explodes after the ability is prox, no one has that... Her 3: I will say is an upgraded Loki 1 so I'll give you that, lastly Her Ult: how in anyway shape or form her ult copied??? sure it has bugs but they'll fix like always- Overall be more open minded she is unique and fun to play

Morrigan 2 is old Nox 2, just make it longer and faster remove the silence and add the allies thing, I'm the only one who notices that?

Jin- I agree.Morrigan is the most boring and unoriginal character to date in smite.Looking like Awilix, with a projectile, a nerfed Wukong ult and the ability to transorm in any god... Such a disappointment for the introduction of a new pantheon...

Her 2 needs to stay at its current range for minion clear. Also, it's the only real ranged attack in her kit (and it's soooo weak for poke unless your team procs it).

Well, nerfing the damage on it wouldn't be a particularly good idea, the 3 is pretty fine so it shouldn't be touched, and the 1's already a high-risk skill. Which kind of leaves the 2's range as the only thing that can safely be nerfed to compensate for the substantial buff to her ability to proc the 2 consistently and make use of her passive.

the duration is fine because of 2 reasons: 1) her stealth does not come with a dash or jump so as an escape its very trash 2) its a fragile stealth so any damage will instantly break it completely negating the duration if used anywhere near an enemy in combat. This also supports the claim that its a trash escape. It can be used well for escape purposes but its very hard to do so. Its just so easy to negate her 3 the moment that its cast that i believe it should have a good reward for getting it off IE duration. I have never once had the thought whether playing as her or against her than her 3 was unfair or even all that strong

I have never seen her 1 do more than 700 damage including a soul reaver proc at level 20. thats about 70% as strong as a scylla crush with the same build so nothing crazy there. and no i dont believe you should be able to skip her wind up. its perfectly fine with a controller on normal cast in my experience. I also dont see the problem people have with the slight delay when you can load it up 5 seconds or so ahead of time. i would assume with a mouse on quick cast you just have to hold the button slightly longer than a normal ability. I dont necessarily believe making it an instant stun would be "OP" either but i dont think its a good idea.

I am on console friend, still season 3 here. I can only tell you how she feels from my experience and her one feels great to use there. In theory her one should not feel all that different between mouse and controller unless hi rez did something funky with her and a mouse that i am unaware of. And again if you just go invis then load the aspects it is basically an instant cast stun with little warning as long as you are about 5 seconds away from stunning someone (which is like going invis from the edge of fire imps then walking to mid lane for a gank or from 1 lane to the other in clash). You just have to be able to plan ahead, its not a reactionary ability. There is nothing wrong with having a god have good engage potential but poor counter engage potential. I dont really think she needs to be able to use her 1 out of stealth, nor can you get that close to someone without taking major damage. Thats just a playstyle thing. Even with instant cast only an idiot would let you get that close for free. What i am trying to say here is that giving her an instant stun would not enable her to walk up and stun someone without the use of stealth. It would help her a bit on defense like you said preventing others from walking up (or blinking up) to her a little easier, but you could just pop stealth and reposition if someone tries that. Had no idea people would build new ethereal on her but havnt heard much about how good that item is yet. In my experience morrigan lacks just enough damage to be able to kill a squishy from full health with her 1-2 combo. maybe ethereal is enough to push it over the edge. And in that case i would say its probably still fine to make the change to being instant as she is still less elusive than loki and would most assuredly die after killing 1 person in most situations as she cant even fight her way out with basic attacks. That extremely high risk would keep her in check. buuuuuuuutttttttttttt after typing that i thought of the new combat blink, that might help her out a bit there but only once before going back to base and only extreme late game. On ah puch it doesnt matter if you can see him casting. if you are in his range you will get hit its not really dodgeable ( without a dash or leap). I just dont think speeding up her one is a big enough change to warrant nerfing anything else about her. And i dont understand why people dislike her delay so much because i personally dont feel it. If this sounds a little jumbled together forgive me its 3am here.

Toor 55 it is super buggy. Some abilities on transformed gods just don't work. Sometimes you just fall through the floor, and you can't really use her ult in the heat of a battle. Her ult also doesn't really synergies with the rest of her abilities.

Bugs are one thing. Bugs can be fixed, and, even though Hi-Rez isn't the best at fixing bugs, they have been addressing some of the major issues with her, to the point that now when I play the Morrigan, I don't encounter any, really. Also, her ult doesn't need to have direct synergy with the rest of her abilities--she isn't much of a "combo" goddess. If you use her ult, it's to either exploit a weakness on the enemy team or to make up for weaknesses in your own team. 10 seconds of being any other god rocks! And if you have enough damage in her kit, after the 10 seconds are up, you can burst down one of the weakened opponents, and then 3 to get out of there.

I feel I should point out you can invisibly walk behind people, stun, mark, turn into a tank, pop your own mark, cc them all, and survive because you're a tank or hell, get in the middle of them as like geb of sylv, ult em all, your team comes in, fight. you get jumped? change into someone with an escape and turn on them you get behind? change into someone who's ahead you wanna help someone across the map and follow someone with a global? be them, take the global. her ultimate is disgusting if you're really good and amazing in coordinated play, her base kit however I really like how balanceable it is her damage is high, but to get the most out of it she has to play a little bit risky if she's alone. her escapes are kinda low, but her ability to be sneaky and ambush people is great she has a freaking stun, with an animation that makes a clear sound so you can't appear out of nowhere and stun as easily to add some counterplay to her. basically I like how easy it is to balance her base kit since all of it comes with checks and balances that give the opponent a chance to survive unless they're a dip and refuse to build any defense whatsoever so she can just stun-poly-2 them.

TimeBandit besides of thana and cama who have a high instant heal you still take out over 70% of their health with the 2 1 combo which effectively removes them from the fight and I didnt factor poly and soul reaver proc in.
