In this guide series I take a look at each god’s respective abilities and describe how they function and what situations they are best used in. I also go over builds, relic choices, ability leveling, and combos with each God. The guides are typically made for new/returning players but I don't shy away from more technical ideas/mechanics, so who knows, you might learn a thing or two!
For builds the first build I put is the one I personally rely on/recommend, then, any other builds are sourced from high level players, usually referenced against builds from prosmitebuilds.com, which gathers builds from high level players in ranked and pro play.

Random question from someone who solely plays arena (lol i know), but do you buy all levels of an item until its max, or buy all 6 at level one then all at level 2 etc Thanks!

Yes you want to focus solely on building up one item at a time, you don't want to start building another item until the previous one is already complete

This is old and has already been answered, but I want to mention this to anyone who is wondering why this is: Tier 3 items have a big power spike to them that lets you do more when you complete them. The passives and stats you get from a completed item far surpasses most tier 2 and tier 1 items, and they can determine whether or not your abilities or autos will kill someone or take an objective or save a teammate.

For that first build it's: Sands of Time, Book of Thoth, Spear of desolation, Polynomicon, Typhon's Fang, then Rod of Tahuti. The second build is: Sands of Time, Spear of Desolation, Charon's Coin, Divine Ruin, Polynomicon, then Rod of Tahuti.
