Code: SPN for 10% off Blacksmith Tactical Holsters. My go to is the v2 holster with double discrete carry clips and a wedge. And if you have under a 3.7” barrel, get a wedge!! Respect
@@spnfirearms I noticed. I also like your honest take on everything. Such a breath of fresh air in this community where everything else is bought and paid for
Everyone like this if SPN is your favorite guntuber because of his INTEGRITY and REALNESS. You’re the reason I saved myself money and patience with multiple guns brother. Please never stop doing this, and never let your integrity go. God will bless you for being true.
I carried a Colt 1911 in the Army, however, the first weapon I carried daily was a Smith Model 15 revolver. My first personal firearm was a Smith mdl 49. I loved both of them and remain a big fan of Smith & Wesson firearms.
I love your channel. I have been watching for a long time. You are honest and consistent. Great reviews and no BS. I didn’t know that you didn’t take free stuff from the companies, so even more respect.
I'm a gun snob who has sort of been around the block. I've probably owned almost every type of gun every model every brand. To put it one way I've had at least 30 glocks. And I shoot the hell out of them too. I got the Smith & Wesson m&p tactical bull shark Gray kit. The trigger and build quality are phenomenal and this was the first time in many many years that I was actually impressed by a pistol. Smith & Wesson needs to get this trigger into everybody's hands and I'm telling you a lot of people would switch over.
Another fantastic video!!! I totally agree with you about S&W. I own a S&W M&P 2.0 9mm 5” barrel & love it!!! I must say I absolutely love my Springfield Armory Echelon as well. Both are my two favorite pistols. I’m a subscriber!!!!
Life is good,Hickok 45, that is a great m&p 2.0 pistol, 🤔 with a 40 s&w and a 357 sig barrel, would be a excellent choice combination 💯 keep going smith & Wesson, and SPN
Why is everyone hates on glocks cause they go bang every time glocks outshoots every gun you name 50 round drums 31 rounds mags 17 22 15 10 12 rounds mags it's alot you can do with glocks that you just can't with other guns i have a glock 23 gen 3 and loving it
I picked up an M&P 40 last year for $300 out the door. Immaculate condition with some super minor holster wear. It was my first S&W striker fired pistol. The ONLY way I would ever get rid of it is when I can afford a brand new one. FANTASTIC shooter and insanely accurate. Also just purchased a Shield Plus 4" barrel for EDC to replace my Glock 43X.
I love your channel man, you review just about every gun I care about. And you sir are correct Smith and Wesson and Sig come out with soo many new firearms a year, difference being, I have always heard very positive reviews for Smith. Great job man.
Held'a used MP 1.0 today. Man! That grip felt so f'n good in my hand! Ain't sure I wanna buy any old stuff, w/all tha new stuff that's comin out, but S&W def has my attention...
I have a Staccato C2 and a Walther P99. There is no comparison. The Staccato is superior in accuracy and in quality. Although my Walther has a lifetime warranty, I sent it back twice to the factory because the shells were occasionally got stuck in the barrel and were not ejecting. Walther has very good customer service and they eventually fixed it. The Staccato is at higher level, IMO. I also have a S&W M&P 2.0 in 10mm. I like it a lot, but the grip texture is a little rough. It feels like it's wrapped with sandpaper after using it for a while. With the 10mm recoil, I sometimes wear a glove. Just my personal opinion for anyone who cares to read this.
My very first gun purchase last year was the M&P M2.0 4.6" in bull shark grey. Safe to say I'm a S&W guy now that I have the FPC lol, mags are interchangeable.
As soon as I opened your video and saw the three you had on your table before you even spoke I said to myself...yep...this "turker" knows wtf he's talking about..LOL...Love all your choices Sir, keep up the good work.
I like the wings on the rear of slide kind of like the VP9. I wish they kept the serrations like the optics ready one that run fully across the front end of slide like the rear.
Just picked one up a few weeks back. It’s a great gun. For the size, it’s an extremely flat shooting gun. I actually sold my Glock 43x to carry this one instead. Smaller and better capacity with the 12+1. I’ve ran shield mags before with my Glock, and had too many issues to trust them, so I stuck with the stock mags.
I'm an HK fan for life...just for the same reasons you are stoked about this MP 2.0...the QUALITY is just obvious and the slide work IS a work of art !! I understand your love for Smith and Wesson as I am considering them as a possible purchase for ALL the reasons you mentioned...not just the features but the obvious well-thought design of this gun. I'm leaning on this as a new carry gun for my wife...she is interested in bumping up from her current LCP Max...which is a good little gun...but is indeed...LITTLE ( perhaps TOO little ) !!!! Thanks for this review , we're gonna look at one of these next weekend for her and maybe one for myself as well.
Glock will have to make some dramatic changes and have a different mindset to keep up with the advancements of the market. I have a few gen 3s because I live in CA. Otherwise I probably would have passed them up
I agree smith has came ALONG WAYS! I have a 2021 SD9 that has a apex trigger and mcarbo spring kit and I have out shot all my glocks and all my buddys pistols. And we are all gunsmiths
All my handguns are M&P 2.0's! I love them all! I'm not "anti" other manufacturers, I just prefer S&W. 1. Made in the USA. 2. Good Warranty 3. Very competitive pricing and usually a little less than any of their competitors. For the money, the M&P 2.0's are hard to beat!
Nice that you pointed out the "pull tabs"! Especially if someone is going to run an optic on it. If/when the metal drops in price a little might have to pick one up.
I have the M&P 2.0 in 10mm and it's been great despite my smaller hands. The Ruger Security 9 fits my hand better but I only own that because 9mm is always available and cheaper.
I’ve become a full convert to S&W - specifically their M&P lineup. I won’t ever buy another Glock or Sig Sauer ever again. The only other gunmakers that I would put on S&W’s level are Walther and H&K, although I’d still put S&W ahead of them. They are an American-made legend.
Makes perfect sense since the polymer frame will flex and you will perceive to has less recoil. Muzzle flip doesn't matter as long as it return back and your sights/red dot are aligned to take follow up shots. Next time you are at the range please show us the grouping and define the distance as well as which ammo was used.
Smith and Wesson has always been my choice of handguns. They have been around for decades after decades. And if not mistaken they was out before Glock was even thought about and still Smith and Wesson is still one of the best firearms still on top of the charts
I purchased the metal framed version a couple of days ago. A little surprised that a $1,000 Performance Center gun comes in a cardboard box with only 2 magazines. To me for a Performance center gun the trigger is so so. That being said, the gun shoots great. Much softer than my Sig AXG Legion. I love the looks of the guns but was a little disappointed the serrations didn't feel as aggressive as they look. Some of that could be the stiff recoil spring.
I completely agree, the CSX is a super shooter. People complain because other reviewers told them that they should complain, and they do not even know why. I completely agree that S&W is on a charge, and offering fantastic range and quality.
The only thing that I don't like about the M&P line is that to disassemble the slide's internals, you have to remove the sights. Which would mean that you will have to re-sight your pistol every time you do a more in-depth cleaning. If someone can tell me a way around this or a way that this is not a problem, then I would love to hear. Great channel, SPN
Got the m&p 2.0 5 inch when it came out. Trigger was garbage but apex fixed that. Still seems to be one of the worst recoiling pistols I own. Interested to pick one of these up to see how it shoots
Bro, I’m a bit opinionated about firearms, and though I whisper “CZ” in my dreams, you got me interested in this one! I love your passion and appreciate your commitment to integrity. One question from your experience…best S&W hammer-fired with a decocker? .380 or up! Whatchyathink?
Omg the sw metal compact is by far the hottest shit I’ve ever seen. It like is just the perfect in aesthetics and reliability. Like Zeus and Megan Fox had a baby
I’m 100% buying the shield plus as a carry upgrade. I have the standard shield plus right now. Sold out everywhere I’ve looked but hopefully I can get my hands on one soon.
Sure S&W has this new carry comp line up, metal frames M&P, .380, .22’s, J frames, Shields, revolvers, striker fired, ported barrels, and all that, but Glock just took a G19 frame, and put a G17 slide on it, creating the G49. Can’t beat that level of innovation 🤣🤣🤣. Honestly, S&W is crushing it right now. These new Carry Comps are next level. It seems they have a gun model for everyone and every situation. Just, picked up an M&P 2.0 3.6” a couple months ago. Wish I knew they were coming out with the carry comps. Will just have to buy another gun I suppose.
