Yes the padding has nothing to do with ece and dot certification and ece is higher rating and the skm padding is better as compared to axor thats my personal experience
I have been using axxor even I realised the printed weight is not correct, because I have purchased an Mt helmet recently, which is substantially lesser heavy than axxor. Also what you have mentioned in terms of inner lining Mt has much better quality. I feel smk and axxor somehow got dot, ece certifications but not as good as brands like Mt. This is after using axxor helmet for 25k kms. One more thing I like to add, wind noise increases because of double visor or Bluetooth intercom sockets as they have to operate and need some space where air can go.
This particular model u used in this video is Mt mugello... Which doesnt come with an internal visor and a neck protector... There are other premium models in mt... Mt thunder3 SV this model costs 6250INR and it comes with both internal visor and a neck protector... And DOT certfied helmets are race track capable... Thats the main purpose of a DOT certification...anyways nice unbiased review btw
I hope you know the meaning of "Filmsy" you've used it twice and with the sentences you've used it made no sense. I also hope you know the standards of testing for SNELL, ECE and DOT. All these three have different parameters, for now as per my knowledge ECE is more up-to-date, Having a Two certification basically means the helmet is certified by both of the testing organisations. DOT is better than ISI But I would compare the safety standards of ECE with SNELL Anyway the world looks much better from the inside of the helmet ❤️, happy riding ahead bruh
MT is way better by just looking at this video.... Also i have used MT helmets....dont go by what the presenter says....i have never used the sun visor and bt.... I believe most of them dont use it often so that cannot be a good reason... Also air intake in Mt is better
I bought smk stellar yesterday.. my eyes are paining after the ride.. the visor is distorted. I don't if it is a manufacturing defect or it is like that only
Please provide a review for SMK A2 Bluetooth. Please provide following details. # Sound quality( riding above and below 60km/h) # Sound reduction after installation # Battery backup ( standby time n continuous use) # charging time ( 0-100%)
@@AbaddonOfSheol Thanks for the reply. I already bought a SOL helmet. Was confused b/w the mt and sol but when I tried sol was more comfortable while wearing. Anyways both are standard products.
Smk Twister ! MTs are good too. I found it better than LS2s, but paddings are easier to install on LS2 why? Because of the protective neck lining in smk you need to deal with that before you actually go to deal with the paddings. All of these are good, The only thing you wanna judge on is their weight, graphic and functionality of design (LS2 have flat necks design in most of their designs (that's the technical proper term) and smks' have a more dedicated neck protection design, I'm not into too much graphics I mostly use simplr flat colour , black, blue (I spray painted it) and a RE open face helmet for urban commuting. On graphics I really like MT helmets, not too much not too less just simple stripes but I don't own a MT. But that's just my taste! Any way, key points are 1. Safety Certification ECE, 2. Snell 3.DOT 4.ISI Snell certification requires more extensive testing and generally implies a safer helmet. However, because the test is administered differently, there is some controversy as to whether it is really better than DOTcertification or not. ECE certification is the most up to date, and the most recognized worldwide. Aug 4, 2014. Anyway just ride safe and do anything to stay alive.
@@Eli_Mastaine person like you should make a video reviewing the helmets...I m so confused & RU-vidrs are confusing me even more.... U bought SOL Does that come with fitted pinlock visor? And which one has a better padding inside ?
Bro I don’t think that you should compare these two different brands because every one knows about mt if he have a we’ll known knowledge about helmets so you can’t compare mt to smk because there is so much difference between them but yeah its for good who just buy any helmet without any research 👍
Strange I own MT Muggello its not as good as I thought. Liner have already given u its power within a year. Was going to buy Twister, ended up with MT Muggello woth no provision for bluetooth intercom speakers, costly accessories, damaged clear visor at pinlock area.
Don’t compare new helmets use it for 6 months then see. Smk tears out. And there are sun visors helmets also available in MT. The quality of sun visor is also cheap in smk.
