I would recommend putting them on the ceiling. And if you want interconnected smoke alarms you can get wireless interconnect smoke alarms. And cute cats

That looked like our weather this year, albeit the previous year, 2022, likely had more cold days. 9 F is so cold for 18 o' clock/ (24-hour format) 6 o' clock PM! (12-hour format) A nice weather station, BTW. I still haven't got one of those.
