You rocked it. You explain so a novice like me can understand and appreciate what you are doing. You already know what a fan I am. Look forward to viewing even more. You are a true delight.
This horse radish sauce recipe is absolutely amazing!! (5:10) I always refer to this video for the recipe when its smoked Tri-Tip night, which is tonight, YES!!
what a heck of a cook you had! I've never made beef tenderloin, as its pretty expensive. (brisket is what I usually buy) your accent is fun! makes your videos even better!
Thanks for the tips and tricks. IMHO Beef tenderloin (like Pork tenderloin) under-appreciated cut for taste and versatility. Horseradish sauce, yum yum, a little dab on the side - nothing clears your sinuses faster. Love the Outlaw wood smoker.
I use a charcoal electric smoker used apple chips. Didn't have time to do the butter garlic chive but next time definitely. Over cooked a bit but I did use your technic for folding over and butcher string tie. It was awesome and with get better with practice. Thanks 👍 your video was very professional
I just watched every video. Big fan now... Your a Rockstar. Keep it up. I will be fabricating a drum smoker in the next two weeks. First smoker, first time smoking. Fingers crossed...........
Dang that looks good!!! I bet that horseradish cream sauce sent it way over the top. For Christmas dinner my sister and I will be cooking a whole NY strip loin roast. Im hoping it turns out just as good as your tenderloin looks.
Great video. I really appreciate the recipe in the description. I assume some RU-vidrs think not including it in the description results in more views - not true. Thumbs up and subscribed.
Dude, I love this channel. About to try some recipes this weekend. And here all along I thought I was the only one that said, "I'm finna!" Gunna have to figure a way to sneak, "wake these flavors up" into my vocabulary. 😁
I bought some horseradish on vacation and its called “napalm extreme” im also a huge fan of it but you take about an 8th of a tbsp of this stuff and youre good. I love it
I really enjoy your chanel. I saw the baked onions with one of your videos and cannot find. Please send the baked onion recipe that turns into a sauce. Thanks
I went to pull, what I thought was, a brisket out of the freezer. Only to realize it's whole tenderloin and that I've never done a beef tenderloin on the smoker. Plenty of of deer and pork tenderloins, just not beef. I watched 3 different vids on How To and I"M DOING TOMORROW!! new subscriber too
Thx sir,I really njoy watching your videos they are funny, informative, and simple. I can't get pass what I consider to be under cooked, but the presentation was entertaining thx...😊👍
man between your recipes and Malcom at How to BBQ right, i have had some fine meals for supper! Ready to try this one and check your rubs out. Killer Hogs rubs mixed with yours should make some great flavors! Nice job!
Awesome! Definitely appreciate it!! The tenderloin should cook a little quicker on a kamado style grill. I would guess about 2 hours possibly. May not hurt to flip it at the hour mark.
What do you think on running the outlaw so hot? Any issues with the paint possibly, great video as always. Jay and I were talking today about it and we both thought it was awesome haha
What are the things you put on top the meat?? What time should I start cooking this if I’m trying to surprise someone for dinner? (I don’t cook at all, it will be my first time)
What was your total cook time? 30 minutes in you were at 90 and said to start watching it because it would rise quickly from there. Approximately how long till 123? I can work out the sear times from there. I’m needing to time the meat so my wife doesn’t raise a knot on my head.
