Someone PLEASE come to Pensacola FL and open a Chinese bakery!!!! Its soooo sad we dont even have a China town, but I would be happy if we had a Chinese bakery shop. Mikey(or anyone else)come open a Chinese bakery here and I guarantee you will do well because there is no other Chinese bakery here!

I've no doubt the noodle dish is delicious but that is not Pho. Phoe is supposed to be light and soothing. That noodle is as heavy as a kingkong. Bone marrow and fatty brisket is a definite no no. Again don't get me wrong I love bone marrow and brisket, but that is not Pho.

That's even not the correct type of noodles for Phở. Phở noodles must be flat and not transparent. The noodles in the vid look like hủ tiếu's noodles

The pineapple buns here do. They use pineapple juice when making them so the buns taste like pineapple and they even put very thin slices of sugared pineapple on the top. It is like eating the most jacked up Hawaiian sweet roll ever. I like to eat them plain or with Sweet adzuki bean paste in it.

Tabasco Sriracha is amazing. Normal Sriracha was the first hotsauce I ever bought, but I eventually found ones I liked better, like Valentina, Tabasco, etc. Then I recently tried Tabasco Sriracha, and it's amazing. It's Sriracha with the amazing aged Tabasco peppers.
