Welcome back to The Food Experience! This time I am making a smoked brisket chili. For some reason every time the induction cooker had to heat up it would be very audible in my video. I could not audibly hear it with my ears during the filming. Such a strange thing. Perhaps frequency interference of some kind. Also using the TempSplike Plus from ThermoPro for the first time. After I use it a few more times I will come back with a review of the TempSpike Plus. Also to note I cook the bristket at 200 degrees instead of the 225 I mentioned in the narration.
