Smoked Traeger Burgers | On the Pellet Grill. Super easy recipe, below is my seasonings
2 lb 80/20 burger
2 eggs
1 tsp Johnnys
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 paprika
Any bacon
225 degrees until 100 degree internal temp. Crank Traeger to 400 until internal is 145. Add cheese until 155 internal.
Don’t forget those pickles and ketchup! And toast that bun!

Don’t need to slow cook burgers on a pellet grill. They just overcook. I have a pit boss. I set the temp at 500, then put them on 4min each side at the most. If you want a low temp, then smoke them at 180 for 4min then reverse sear

Idk but these turned out great! I find that they color up nicer at the lower temps in my opinion. Wether it plays a factor in taste I’m unsure

Also I forgot to add! Avoids having to flip them as often in my opinion!
