Smoked Catfish DIP 

I K N O W that was delectable!!! My neighbor made some smoked Mahi Mahi and gave us a huge pile with chips. I just about cried, it was so good 😂!!!

That looks yummy, my husband and I smoke whitefish every November I make some awesome brine and he puts the smoker to good use...now I'm craving Smoked fish 😊

I did something similar with smoked trout once.I liked it.

I bet that's some good dip. We've been smoking salmon non stop up here. Always have to sacrifice some to make a pot of dip when it's done . If you mulch heavy around those plants the only thing I have found to keep bugs out is eggshells or better yet diatomaceous earth. Or easier yet quit eating the fruits, veg and grains and just eat animals.....hunting and fishing is more fun than working in the garden!

I use cardboard under my tomatoes and peppers works good. I save my boxes and always have plenty.

Would not use lighter fluid. Leaves an after taste! Does not burn off all the way.
