Welcome to Heat of the Drum. In this video I show you how to smoke Chicken Wings on a Drum Smoker. I make a Chicken Rub from scratch, then I smoke them until done. I also show you my crisping technique for crispy skin.

What is the brand or model number of the thermometer you use please? Looking to make one if these in the UK but don't trust the bolt on round ones.

Hello James, this is the Thermopro TP-20S . It's not too expensive compared to some others, and works good enough for me.
