Almost missed this one. I like chuck and do it a bunch, pulled beef, burnt, ends, sliced, pot roast, Chicago beef sandwiches, so good. You killed that one Ric!
That looked good bro! I think the soda may have tightened up the meat a bit. I smoke my roast like I do beef cheeks. Once you have the color you want, lay them on a bed of onions and pour some beef broth in a pan or in the foil until tender.👍🏼
