Looks so delicious! This is basically a Mississippi pot roast w/o the Au Jus packet. Yours looks better tho, especially with the jardinière. So hard to find good Italian beef in the South.
what do you use for smoking charcoal or wood? also, where is you’re accent from? i’m leaning more towards eastern european almost sound ukrainian/russian 😁
