Ingredients
Sushi Rice
200g x short grain rice (uncooked)
1 x cup of cold water (roughly an inch of water above the rice surface)
50ml/ 4 tbsp x Sushi vinegar seasoning
Futomaki filling
2 x Cooked smoked kippers fillets (panfried in a knob of butter, or grill)
1 x large avocado, sliced into medium, thick strips
Black sesame seeds for sprinkling
Teriyaki sauce to drizzle
Accompaniments
Pickled ginger
Wasabi paste (horseradish dyed green)
