Ingredients:
1 lb elbow noodles
1/2 stick butter
4 Tbs Big Dad's Grill Dust
5-6 cups milk (add 6 for creamier mac & cheese)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
8 oz cream cheese
Directions:
Pour noodles in pan. Add milk and seasoning. Stir well. Add the butter and cream cheese to the pan. Finally, add the cheese on top of mixture. No need to stir at this point. Place on smoker at 250 deg. Begin stirring every 20-30 minutes for a total of 2 hours. Finally, add a layer of shredded cheese on top; do not stir. Place back on smoker for an additional 15-20 minutes.
