Smoked Salmon Snacks/Pellet Grill 

Now I'm hungry for smoked salmon. My favorite way to eat it is mixed with cream cheese on crackers. My wife is asking me why I haven't made some yet. I guess that's coming soon. Good video. I'll see how it works on my Green Egg.
