Smoked Atlantic Salmon With the sweet chili glaze. 
Easy but very very tasty. This is a must try.
Cooks in 30-40 minutes. Smoke at 250 Degrees till internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Start with a Fresh Atlantic Salmon with skin on , I bought mine at Sams Club. Melt one stick of Unsalted butter and add a tablespoon of Big swede badass Veggie Boost to it and store Thoroughly. Season the salmon with the veggie boost then pour the butter over the top of the salmon be sure to cover all of the salmon . Then you want to slice up a few lemon slices and place those on the top of the butter then place in fridge for one hour it will crust up , next get your smoker set to 250° , your coming out of the fridge right onto the smoker with the salmon. Let it smoke till 135° internal temperature then start pouring or brush the Red chili glaze over the top ,once the chili glaze sets up take it to 140° Fahrenheit
internal temperature pull it from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes and it’s time to eat. Enjoy!
