I can't wait to use this! I want to try it on a burger! Or, I make some pork tacos that I bet it would be yummy on too. Or, what if we put it on smoked pulled pork instead of coleslaw. Oh my, so many options!
I hope you let me know if you try this. I am getting my smoked salt from Amazon tomorrow and I might just put a teaspoon or so in the jars that I just did to add a little smoked flavor to each one. I am so hoping that the first jar I mixed has enough salt to ferment it. I want to encourage you to always read the ingredients, don't be like me!
