Missed the Premier. I might be the only youtuber thats not tried victory lane rubs. lol.... love that yodar! love that hard core black. i use a black magic rub which is dark like that, love it. nice cut of beef. looked awesome as usual. well detailed easy to follow cook. nice job Joe.

As long as I’ve had my 640, I don’t think I’ve ever grilled on high heat like that. I always thought you had to have grill grates and take off the defuser plate. I’m gonna have to try it out. Cooked and sliced perfectly 👌

Joe, that was one of the best looking steaks I have ever seen on video!!! Awesome job on the cook. I would have tore that thing up except for the shrooms (I am allergic to them) Rexy can have my share....Ain't Wagyu a special thing. High dollar steaks on menu's and they could not hold a candle to what some would consider the middle of the road cut of meat, turned out under the hand of someone taking care of his cook. What else can be said my friend just great...... Also the mic works wonders...

Hello Beer Champ. Sorry for the late response. I usually wipe it down after every use. I keep it covered but if it gets dirty, I'll wash it with dish soap and wipe it dry. 👍🏼
