This is true, however the addiction factor is bigger than someone thinking they are cool. Most kids are not doing it to be cool, the industry has got them hooked at a young age. Addiction is incredibly hard to battle against. This should be a talk that revolves around more awareness.

eh, smoked weed everyday for 5 years and vaped for 3 i was to the point of buying 2 vapes at a time and hitting both of them in an attempt to keep up with my tolerance or chasing the dragon if you will. one day i just decided i wasn’t doing myself any favors and decided to quit. was rough for a couple weeks but i filled my time with going to the gym and taking melatonin to combat the insomnia. you can blame addiction on trauma or poor family life, at the end of the day victim mindset doesn’t help you nor do your vices so remind yourself that excuses and self enabling only hinder personal growth. you’re still young so you have a lot of time to ponder this. just remember your brain is still developing and the sooner you quit the more normal brain development you can ensure.
It really isnt that hard man ive smoked on n off weed and vapes for 8 years and theres been times in my life where ive gotten high atleast 5 times per day and whenever i see it go bad i js stop buying them and quit for like 4 months so js stop being a fucking baby and js quit
I'm 17 I've never smoked once, never got drunk once. One time I was asked by my classmate if I smoke, I replied: "No." He asked me if I wanted to, and I replied: "No." I exercise every day and I lift weights. I feel great every day. Just a simple "no" is enough to stop lung problems.

Yes I stopped smoking cigs and started vaping and vaping is extremely harder. I’m actually 10 days free from vaping and after day 4 it was pretty cool. Exactly, many of those disposals are made with dirt cheap juice and shoty internals. If you have an official device and juice coming from an licensed store your much safer. i started “trying” younger then 15 years old and started a rampage of smoking when I was 15, “WHERES MY VAPE”, etc. ifykyk and honestly it sucks trying to ween off or quit.. you don’t think you can get addicted bc as a kid you can easily quit because of parents and not being able to hit it but as a 21 year old now, it’s assessable as fuck and annoying as hell because your hooked when it’s too late. clear lungs are better. btw chew ice and use nicotine patches if your above 21 to quit. i successfully quit when I was the homie always w a rechargeable vape hitting that mof. stay safe y’all.
As someone who vaped after smoking cigarettes it was a huge improvement I don’t smell like shit I can taste foods better and breathe easier the worst vapes are those disposables they’re filled with sweeteners and chemicals to make the liquid thicker if you’re gonna vape use open systems and buy your own juice

Vapes use oil as apart if the process to turn it into vapor. You are basically inhaling oil into your lungs but the oil has no way of decompressing and escaping so it just sits on your lungs and builds builds causing them to get inflamed and potentially cause mold or other diseases.
As someone who’s smoked cigarettes for over 10 years vaping has saved my life you can’t tell me that vaping is worse then cigarettes if you’ve never done it yourself I agree kids shouldn’t be touching none of the shit and if my son ever tried vaping or smoking cigarettes I’d be beating his ass but I’ve been cig free for almost 3 months now and I’ve never felt better I feel like I can actually breath now I have a ton more energy when I wakeup I don’t feel like total shit coughing like crazy and I don’t smell like shit from smoking cigarettes! There has been extensive test done about vaping and the side effects are minuscule compared to cigarettes you can do a test yourself take a piece of toilet paper and blow the cigarette smoke into the toilet paper it’s legit yellow if you do the same with a vape there’s nothing it might get a little damp from the moisture but it doesn’t matter if you hit a vape for 10 minutes and blow it into the paper there’s absolutely nothing on it
I smoked cigarettes for 15 years and quit cold turkey no problem and I still believe vaping is way worse for your lungs than cigarettes by a hundred times because it puts water vapor in your lungs which is worse than any chemical cigarettes has so I think you're wrong personally

Ik im commenting on this video late but however, I agree with you, I started vaping at 16 and started to quit 1-2 years later and now I’ve completely stopped vaping I see improvements. A lot of the kids do it cuz it’s trendy, but trust me as a gen z, a lot do it cuz they know it’s better to do that then to smoke other things. And if vape was never invented, then those same kids would just smoke other things/worse things anyways. So in some ways, vape definitely will or already has saved lives
when i was 14 we smoked ciggarettes. I smoked for 15 years 2 pack a day and vaping is what helped me. If you wanna stop a 14 year old from vaping find out what Adult they get it from. When i was in school we baught Ciggarettes from a shady store owner who didn't mind breaking the law

Hard to escape when confronted with a fact, so many people in these comments have no counter argument, the best they can come up with is too release stress, but the best way to get rid of anxiety or depression is to spend time with loved ones or setting a goal and work on achieving it.
