It’s not just when you’re high it’s also when you’re not high. You might get hit with the munchies but your metabolism is increased and when you’re not high your appetite is much more chill than it would be if you didn’t smoke at all. Your hunger spike is responding to metabolism surging so it is okay.

when I get the munchies I get small bits of my favorite food and put them in a bowl. Weed makes everything taste better, so I feel fuller

Everyone’s different for me I don’t get the munchies that much but idk I could just be a bit better at controlling myself because when I do eat food when I’m high it defiently taste better than it would sober.. I get very nervous about gaining weight tho I used to be over 200 pounds

Wtf have I been smoking then? I never eat sweets, crisps or sugar when sober. But when im faded I always indulge in the worst possible sources of sustenance I can find. I literally eat 3 bags of bacon crisps, 1kg of meat with butter and half a kilo of liver with creamsauce and potatoes. (the liver is really good for you to eat though) but still. That sets me back a whole week and I'm still hungry after that meal.
