i finally got my greedy little hands on the spo xs case by beatmakersboutique. i liked the mpo-xs ones very much, but the slits for seeing the red sequencer lights blinking were a bit hard for me to see sometimes. the pads feel great, but when i just looked at it from a specific angle, i could not clearly see what was active / playing etc. so. the new one, the spo xs, has almost clear pads - you see very nicely what is going on and the pads feel great too!
they are a bit harder and not that chunky/squishy like those on the mpo but very soft and "clicky" responsive.
i think i will upload soon a new video about all the cases i own and the pro/cons.
if you dont wanna annoy anybody and play with headphones, the most silent case is, i think, still the original teenage engineering silicone one. they are just dead-silent to play.
oh, and i just wanted to say i LOVE the pocket operator office to play along with some beats. it just adds up nicely, all those glitchy sounds and noises, so much character! will make more beats with it.
