The Opening theme of the game is iconic

I always wanted to play that game but I was upset it only came out on the Wii (a console not known for many fighting games) The game was originally going to have characters from an obscure cartoon I watched when I was a kid called "Samurai pizza cats" but didn't manifest for some reason.... damn 😄

I love the Capcom games, they were the one of the first games I was introduced to by my older cousins growing up. I haven't played this one before, but now I definitely have to add it to games I need to track down.

I enjoyed your new series! Honestly I would love to see more videos like this one! I haven't played this game yet but I've heard about it before. It seems pretty fun! I might pick it up if I'll find it at a decent price! Or maybe I'll emulate it if I'll feel like it.

Nice review. I do feel like you’re understanding the gameplay complexity. Yes it’s a 3 button fighter, and the basic combos and supers are easy. But when you throw in the insane mobility and dashing, and of course buroque, it becomes so crazy at the higher level. I feel like the controls were way ahead of their times with so many current fighters using similar styles to try and bring in more casuals. This always backfires though and creates infinite loops and broken ass shit galore (this, power rangers, Dnf duel…)

Very good review Sean. I loved Battle of the Planets as a kid (it was really popular in the UK in the late 70s/early 80s) so when I saw these characters were in the game I got it on release. My boys really enjoyed it too👍🏻👍🏻

Great review as always! I’ve always been interested in this game, but never got the chance to check it out. I didn’t like MvC2 because of how chaotic it was, but LOVE Capcom vs SNK 2, it seems like this one is somewhere in between

100% agree... It's awesome!.. I didn't know what tatsunoko was though... I'm not cool enough.. I have a custom wii with these graphics printed on..
