Only one camera shows up when they are all in the same area as the nvr. How do I troubleshoot to get the other three paired?

When I was setting up a Smonet logo comes on my tv screen and then 5 seconds later it will turn completely black. I used the AVG adapter and SDMI and still no luck. I even switched into multiple TVs and computer monitors. Do you think I received a definitive product?

Some monitors may not be compatible with Smonet systems. Pls make sure some points related to a monitor: the size should br larger than 19 inch; the resolution should be no less than 1080P.

These instructions suck. They don't say anything about if it doesn't show enable.

The instruction may not be comprehensive. But Smonet customer service team is always there for you. Just find the contact on the user manual and ask them for tech support.
