I was just about to say the same thing. Andy...regardless of your construction skills. Your video choreography is TOP NOTCH!. Just don't sell out to Hollywood.
I still think the bridge build is one of my fav uploads. That was fun. So much to look back on. It's better than any block buster if you really think about it. But thats just me. Love AC's brillant editing skills hands down.
I also liked the bridge build video and that the bridge was shown a few times in other videos. I look for Andrew’s new videos every day. The quality of Andrew’s videos has become cinematic quality. This video has to be one of the top 10 starts, crystal clear drone footage with what might be original music sound track in the background synced to the video. Another subscriber also noted Blue is getting bigger now; I noticed the same thing. As we age, time marches on, and for me seems to go by faster as I age… been retired 9 years now. AC, keep up the great work and keep these videos coming. 👍 Lastly, will there be another home-build series in the near future for your mountain top?
I always love watching Andrew getting things done! I just realized I’ve been hooked on Andrews content for over six years now. Andrew never disappoints me, he’s a real American hero in my opinion! Andrew please stay safe and keep well, not sure what I’d do without you!!!
Fabulous video Andrew, your choices of music are also always the best. You have come so far with making videos, it’s amazing and I thank you for your devotion to making all of this happen. Too bad there are so few of you all out there but I guess that’s what makes you one of the best for this content. Again, great job and thank you!
Thanks, Andrew. You probably already found it, but I believe the hour meter on that Doosan is down by your right ankle. Epic drone footage, Sam! Circling the equipment in operation and the fire at night was like watching a TV production. Thanks for letting us follow along guys. Cheers.
Great video. You bring stoking the fire to a whole new dimension. I'm surprised you can get that excavator so close to the flames. I love when I see a notification for one of your videos. It strangely satisfying watching you move dirt, rocks and tree stumps around. Your video editing is very professional and I like your music choices and drone work as well. Oh and the dogs are livin the life.
Personally, I would have liked to see you all build a stone wall, at the bottom of the field. With all the stone you pulled out of that field. Just me being me. Great video, all the best to you and yours
Thats a brilliant job well done! Good to see Andy back in the saddle doing jobs around the community! We sure miss that. Its difficult making a living in upstate NY. Some really Nice camera angles - is that Sam's work?
Wow... as someone who watches old videos between your new releases almost every day, your editing has grown immensely. Your music choices too are aiding your storytelling. What makes that dozer so great to run?
@CerebralAilment Buddy what's the deal with Andrew and Samantha? Andrew said(commented) that they broke up, wouldn't watch her vids. Any clue what's the reason behind....?
I can’t imagine the cost of this property enhancement! Is something like this actually a contract job, or is it more like a pet project for the equipment/land owner? Often the only way to justify the cost of something like this is to own the equipment yourself. It sure is a stunning property and you guys did a phenomenal job!
I’m looking for a guy to do this identical job on a similarly sloped piece of land and terrain I just had cleared in NH. Just shy of an acre though. Quotes I’m getting are between $6K-$8K
I love the way that CASE dozer handled that terrain. Giant stumps? No problem. Huge boulders? No problem. It just kept plowing through it all and some of them I thought you would need dynamite to get them moving. Great job as always young man and the filming was excellent as well. Can't wait for the next upload...
Respect to all you do man. Your videos remind me of home. From the Adirondacks tho been in NC for a while. Saw your comments above and just want to say good luck on your changes moving forward. Focus on you and what’s next. You deserve what’s truly proper to and for you! None of us know what you experience behind the camera. Appreciate everything you share with us man! Oh yeah…. Get a jet board for next years Lake season too lol 😎
Loved the clouds rollin in time lapse. Your videographer skills are really good man . That machinery looks too new to be in your videos . Keep on keepin on .
Excellent fire! I've cleared a few woods in my day. I always used kerosene to start it. After covering it in used motor oil. Went to places that changed oil. Many of them gave it to me for free. Best thing I've used. Very hot fires!
Let me guess...your buddy is from the city. Something about people from Long Island, NYC and Jersey, they buy up old farms in upstate NY and want a view. 😂😂😂
A bit more... 1) There are a number of companies here in Minnesota making a very good living re-creating the prairie by seeding and maintaining native wild flowers and grasses. 2) You could also make some coin if you built hugelkulter gardens with all of the waste timber/branches. 3) Horizontal hives only need to be opened/maintained once a year & yield just as much honey. Locally trapped honey bees do not die off over the winter like the ones you purchase. 4) Finally, up on the NB/NS border there is a provincial info building. It was a cold windy day until I walked across the parking lot to a circular sunken garden where ther was no wind & pretty warm. You can see it on the online maps just east of Amherst, NS off the 2/104. It is in the circle of pine trees
Awesome burn pile, the fall foliage was breath taking as it is, but when Andrew went up with the drone when the fire going it was beautiful as well with all the trees fire red! 🔥 😎👍
Andrew’s videos do have a healing affect on the soul. The right answer is always love. If no one is sending any your way then send as much as you can out and I guarantee that some will find it’s way back to you. It doesn’t cost anything and it will make you feel better about yourself and others. As we get older, life can suck and we are all going to leave this body by the wayside so I appreciate how that can get you down. Wishing you all the best my friend.
Everytime Andrew and Samantha uploads, it makes me laughin happily knowing that my day has gotten so much better. I enjoy watching the both of y'all...I even check your channel daily to see if anything's been uploaded to your B-Videos (...and may or may not have made a playlist of every one of y'all's videos) Keep up the great work! Love your drone shots aswell.
Trees or no trees Andrew in all the years of watching your videos I have never seen you comment back 4 times to anyone's comment. Thanks with 1.2 Million Subscribers I feel special.
Nice work again! Tip: When pulling stumps on a hill side with an excavator always be downhill from the stump when possible. They usually take less time and it's easier to maintain the slope.
So i really enjoy watching what Andrew does.. guy and his activities remind me about myself. But he has a bit to learn with his machine handling, he uses his machines hard, wich is fine, but he could be working as effeciently without being so rough. Excersises in smoothness would benefit him well. would help him avoid many loose trackshoes and premature wear on bushes..
Andrew (to rental company): "This machine stopped working for no reason." Rental company: "Oh my god. We've got your videos in our training library. What did you do?"
I've been following you Andrew for a long time. I just like to say nothing beats your videos very very few shorts but even your shorts are 30 minute long keep up the great work.
I noticed the stone fence on the upper side of the property and it appear that some ones ancestors actually may have farmed that property. You guys did a great job of clearing that property. Brings back memories of picking rocks on my Dad’s farm when I was young, thanks for the video.
@@scottnyc6572 - I think that he meant that the wall by the driveway was done in a day and a half. The wall below that, at the top edge of the cleared area looked old. In the drone video at the end it showed something similar at the bottom of the cleared area.
Just want to Thank you for many moons of entertainment Andrew. You're an awesome dude 100% I hit that bell when you only had like 150k subs. Road to 2 mil subs brotherman :)
Man thats a beautiful view and watching the clouds move during the timelapse is incredible its really relaxing i love upstate New York its so beautiful in certain areas great video love the content keep up the great work andrew
In the doosan, Hour meter is by your right foot on the trim panel. The -3 models tended to do better since they had a Cummins, the 140-5 models come with a Perkins, which constantly had emissions issues. I don't know what the -7 models are since I left the dealership.
@@AndrewCamarata If I remember right, usually if a machine got a thumb it already was plumbed for a tilt bucket using the toggle on the joystick, so we would put in an electric diverter valve to switch between the two, it was fairly common for the magnet to go bad on those valves since we mounted them on the stick boom to save on hose. And all this could be completely different on that unit since Doosan north America only recently started upfitting standardized accessories before shipping to dealers.
@@AndrewCamarata The fact that its blowing fuses when you flip the pilot lever and the thumb issue makes me wonder about the machine controller (EPOS)- behind the seat or a short in the pilot control circuit that screwed the EPOS. Definitely sounds like a call the dealer again and pitch a tent for him scenario.
Fantastic piece of earth shown in this video with the leaves turning color . That acreage had to be the rockiest I have seen and the stumps were well rooted. Getting them out was likely easier on the dozer than the excavator I"m guessing. Great end result ! 👍
Sorry to hear about you and Sam. On the bright side you will have more time to do what you want and make more money and if it was problematic, then it’s for the best. I wouldn’t talk too much about her on here though if I were you, but hey, I’m not you so you do what you want to. Just a suggestion from a loyal fan
You need to look into getting a Jaw Rock Crusher. You could turn all those rocks into pebbles. Could be used for driveways or anywhere you need compaction material.
Those small Case dozers are fantastic machines. We have 2 of them. Best blade control of any dozer out there and it's not even close. We use gps on most jobs but still hard to beat the finish an experienced operator with one of those dozers can do. And they're engineered well, very simple to work on.
@@AndrewCamarata I'm no tree hugger but with the amount of people moving to the mountains of NY I sure hope people plant a lot of trees to replace the ones they cut down. I wonder if this guy replanted all the trees he had cut down or all the trees you cut down when you bought your mountain top. You told me once that trees grow back fast but you never told me how many you actually replanted.
@@AndrewCamarata I would love for you to make a video where you can show me all the trees that have grown back on their own on the land where you cut them off. The only place trees cans grow back on their own is in an area where there are trees to seed new ones. People love what you do Andrew and you have forgotten more about fixing things then I will ever know but your ideas about how trees grow in an area where they have been cut down is simply wrong.
Sam is gone. She was ok, but it seemed to me she kinda got in your way. I realize most of the change in your vids was because of your foot issue, and perhaps you are maturing past the time of crash-and-smash (I still sometimes take a re-look at your early vids --- the 'fun factor' of crushing a car never gets old). Anyway, you are one of the best. Hey, since you are a movie-star and probably get pictures of women all the time, how about making a vid of all the proposals you get from them, it would be fun and quite interesting.
Hi Andy ,keep the vidios coming please ,,, it helps me get through the day , , Andrew can you give a vidio on costs ect ,like fule cost and ,other financial costs , thanks bud , bless you
Even that 140 excavator, simple as that is over $100,ooo well used this one could be.more if newer than 34 yrs ans okay hours. I think it is undersized for these trees-- go get that D7 &&& What about that tractor thing you had with a drag chain - could not that rip those stumps out better?
39:38 That's been part of my problem for the last 2 years !!! Several phone calls, they show up, give me an estimate, NEXT STEP is to show up to DO the job, and they NEVER DO !!! 3 different contractors.... Such an easy job, They agree to do it, SAY they'll do the job FACE to FACE, then, ON THE PHONE come up with every excuse, truck broke down, hose blew on the machine, etc etc. Now 2 years later I'm back to perhaps renting the mini and doing it MYSELF, except I'm 2 years older 😡🤬🥴
Admittedly it looks better but seems like a lot of work and fuel to use just so U can burn more gas and money mowing a bigger lawn. Plant low blueberry bushes and sit on the porch and watch the deer
Mowing sucks. It would be just as effective and way cheaper in the long run to plant native wildflowers and grasses. Could even start farming local bees!
I am surprised you haven't bought that Russian or British contraption that will take an entire field of boulders and turn it into a little tiny pebbles. I don't have a link to the video but it was amazing. Ground up the boulders and just added them to the soil.
When you began at the first stump, all I could think was ….wouldn’t it be easier to take out what little soil there appeared to be and leave the stones? But, once you gave us a broader view of the work area, we could see the potential. And it did it turn out to be a great looking layout. Don’t know how densely wooded that section was, but it appears that they will have some logging to do on the next area. I do hope they call y’all when it’s time to do the dirt work. And a well managed bonfire is a great finish to that type of job. Clearing the foreground did make for a very nice view…….clearing the next section is gonna make it fantastic. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I still say the greatest weekend in the world would be with Andrew, in a field like this. Participants each get time on each machine, carefully learning. Then evenings at his container castle for a campfire and BBQ. Say 10K a head, what say you Andrew?
