i just went there last night, and I am IN LOVE. the quality of the brisket is almost too good to believe. it reminds me of a week i spend in Austin eating nothing but barbeque a couple of years ago.
Great food. Barry is a nice guy. He talked with my family inside and outside of the restaurant about food and local pool halls. Bring Smoque to Milwaukee and it will be a success.

I add Portobello mushrooms to my beans in addition to onions. If you haven't tried this, give it a try. Very good. Cook my beans on the grill, indirect heat, hickory smoke for about 3 hours.
