There is a "Going Fast" triumph, and it is needed for The Final Shape seal. It requires to complete all Cyst Trials under 4 minutes, so that is one of those - Smothering Darkness Trial. You can access Cysts after you do some post-campaign quests with Micah-10 (Alone in the Dark). Then you can follow the waypoint markers and the bird from the landing zone. I believe timer starts when you shoot the Hive runes. You can swap between Smothering Darkness and Aerial Ace Cysts by interacting with the bird on the way.
I am using the newly released Prismatic Hunter with Gyrfalcon's Hauberk and Buried Bloodline for easy access to infinite devour and invisibility. Build can be seen at the end of the video.

used strand hunter subclass with 2 grappling hook grenade for easier reach. saves time and got the under 4 minutes!

Ive done the quest to get all the weapons, but this quest isnt showing up. Ive seen you say do it enough times and it gives you the quest, but that isnt exactly clear on if you mean enough times via you got all the weapons or via just grind the quest until you get it. Id like to ask which of the two it is please

You need to complete Alone in the Dark quest enough times to open all the Cysts. There are 6 Cysts so you need to do that 6 times total. Each completion should send you to a new Cyst and explain how to switch between Cysts when necessary. When you hover over Alone in the dark quest at Micah you are able to see how many Cysts you have already opened. Hope this helps!

I did the campaign and the alone in the dark quest but there is still lava and stuff???

You need to complete Alone in the Dark enough times to open the Smothering Darkness trial. Then you can swap between those by interacting with the bird at the first waypoint.

I already did the quest, but i didn't know that I could get the OG assult riffle and now i cant access to this room. What do i do? I'm just missing this one

You should be able to see the icon of this Cyst on the map. If you see Aerial Ace instead then you need to interact with the bird at the first waypoint, this way you will toggle between them. You can check my full guide with 6 Cysts, I show the toggle locations there.

You need to complete Alone in the Dark quest 6 times. Then you should be able to see the toggle I mentioned in the previous comment.

@@KeerPlaysSorry for annoying you once again, but I went to the location to choose smothering darkness, and the bird is not there. I've looked around, but it's not there, just Aerial Ace at the end of the hall, no bird on the first waypoint :c Could it be bugged?

That is Buried Bloodline, and exotic special "sidearm" that drops from Warlord's Ruin dungeon.

You need to complete the Final Shape campaign and then post-campaign quest Alone in the Dark from Micah-10

Found it, it won’t let me switch to Smothering Darkness
