Hey Jesse, just wanted to pop in your that I've been implementing your 6 week release strategy and I've gone from a 100 listeners or so at the beginning of the year to a 1400, I technically just started taking advantage of spotify pitches with my release New and Old and it hit 1k+ which I thought was fast only for the song I put out 6 weeks after with a pitch as well, to hit 1k even faster I also got on a spotify editorial playlist 2 times in a row. I switched the bell icon from "personalized" to "all," maybe that will help. Seems like listening to every episode all the way through wasn't enough engagement to warrant suggesting your content to me. My guess is that I close youtube and go do things after your videos are over, which is obviously a big no no.

I don’t know, a lot of companies are doing this which is making me ignore my texts most of the time. I think people are tired of constantly being marketed to. I almost feel like the most effective way to use this is like, “behind the scenes” stuff with VERY subtle guidance over to whatever you want from the interaction 😂
