In today's video, we are at a farm in Anambra State, where we have a Snail concrete Pens and a green house being installed in one location. Also we have a grasscutter house built in the same location to maximize the space usage.

I think it's good when certain people raise objections to what our guy's doing. It allows him to address these objections with facts and clear reasons why he does what he does. It also benefits us who are looking to get into this business and may already be having these doubts and questions, but are not putting our ignorance forward as facts.

1. Due to the soil volume buy good quality and refined soil. 2. I plan to use Coir bricks / coco peat / coconut fibre - I have experimented with these for close to 3yrs. They come as cement blocks and expand once water is added. 100% unadulterated and absorbs water well. Google Coir bricks.

looks like 2.5-3 plots but 5 plots is my recommendation based on loads of Kester's videos. 3 plots for snails/grasscutter, 1 plot for staff/gate entrance etc and 1 plot for feed processing, quarantine of new animals etc.
