Haha thanks, but it's actually not an unintentional skip. It just seems like because in that section there's a 4/4 beat going on but it's using the same chord structure as the intro. It's kind of like an audio illusion of sorts.
Wait this is amazing. Idk anything about music production, but your second version "pops" a lot more, like it has more of a lively effect. Really inspiring, thanks for posting this!
Nice. Super clean bassline. I like the clarity of the whole remake. Nice job. I'd like to take this project file and add on a jazzier melody in the bridge. The song has such great bones
I was already impressed by your first attempt but damn, I think this one surpasses the original track in terms of 'oomph'. The mixing is absolutey brilliant. 2:11 gave me chills lol.
Mate. Seriously. I'm just in AWE. I tried watching your other remake but it kept buffering so came to this one. MIND BLOWN. MIND BLLOOOOOWWWWN. I've never seen music shown like this, but when I HEAR it, this is kind of what I see in my head! Just AMAZING. SUBBEEEDDD!
How do you understand what notes go well together and how you can arrange notes in a certain way? Do you just sort of go by intuition and feel or is it an understanding of music theory?
Huy Nguyen bit of both. You need a “musical ear” if you will. Similar to me when tuning my bass guitar, I can tune it almost perfectly only using my ears. Because I have an ear for music. It may not come with all people but that is okay because music theory has helped me with chord progression. It’s all about practice my dude
this is awesome! & ear opening! the only thing I thought while listening is that you might want a bit more sub on your kick. fantastic job! subscribed!
Dude this is amazing. I really respect the effort to keep on improving on something that's already amazing. Do you have any tips for anyone who's just starting on FL studio?
might just be people holding their phone the wrong way while listening to this vid i have disliked videos only because my hand pressed it while i was trying to grab my phone doesnt mean i actually disliked it, just how the button got pressed other people might've done the same :>
Here's a suggestion Have you heard of Just Megamashup? During the 3:35 segment of the video/song, there exists a wonderful creation If only someone made a full length version of "Pixel Galaxy / Save The World"
This is awesome! I just think some effects and some parts of the chords and the melody are a little bit dry but what do I know I barely even know music production. This probably took you a lot of time.
Wtf!? Do you have that thing called absolute hearing? Dammm this is drug! You cant evel feel this is a remake. This looks like you stealed his source code hahha great job! Can you do cosmic love invader and all of alien pop? Suscribed!!!
How long have you been learning this ? Its been 5 months for me into music production but I didn't process much. I had no idea what was i doing. Can you give some advice please ?
It's lame advice, but the best I can tell you is to just look up tutorials on whatever you're trying to do. like if you're trying to figure out how to make a lead melody look up a tutorial. if you're trying to figure out how to make a huge sounding synth for the main chords look up a tutorial for that. if you're trying to figure out how to properly mix a track... you get the idea lol.
Thx alot ! But is it possible to make track without any music knowledge ?? Ive never learnt any instrument and it's really hard to figure out chord progression by looking at tutorials on youtube.
