Got a snake problem? I'll show you how to live-catch a snake and relocate it using a minnow trap and fresh chicken eggs. Buy a snake (minnow) trap here: amzn.to/3hrTXAs (affiliate link)
You could always use pinky mice. They’re relatively cheap still, and will smell a whole lot better to a garter (or any other snake really, save for egg eating species) than a chicken egg.
Pet shop ...get a rat or two that doesn't fit the gap ,make outta steel and make the rat comfy ....more smell from the rat better chance of a catch ..... just be ready for what you wanna catch 😂 remove n release is best if possible otherwise call the pros
It is wet season where I live, and after hibernating, snakes are now on the hunt for food. I have chooks which attracts a lot of them to my house, except the snakes are pythons, a few meters long. Would definitely need a much bigger trap, but glad I have fresh eggs to attract it!
I just took a class on how to catch rattlesnakes and I'm looking for something with a larger hole and that won't bite me when I release it. what he said that he catches gardener snakes because they're creepy with no legs I thought wtf.... don't come out to the desert....it might make you cry
Yes I love how they just move in to overwinter as long as it dosnt have a dimond shaped head its not venomous It might bite but your not going to die It might even rid you of a mice problem you dont know about.
It’s not actually a snake trap it’s a minnow trap which is originally used for catching baitfish but apparently it is just as good for catching snakes you can probably find it at a nearby bait shop or outdoors shop
