See my pinned comment for relevant video links and to see why I did this run.
This is the last cycle of my route on Intersect for PC.
PREGAME MATH
For this run, I aimed to be about 1950 buses long before making the last major dropoff for the following reasons:
-To get a good amount of space away from my tail, which minimizes chances to get squeezed by my buses
-Maxing out on passengers at 1950 buses long makes it possible to become at least 5200 buses long; I didn’t expect to reach a length of 5200 due to the effects of lag but it’s good to have the potential length overshoot the expectations
-In my 4166 PC run, I was 1719 buses long before making the last major dropoff and starting the endgame plan; Since my endgame plan involves not seeing my tail extend close to me, my theory was if I'm over 200 buses longer than I was in my 4166 PC run before making the last major dropoff, then I should be able to execute about the same endgame plan but finish the game being 200 buses longer this time (maybe less than that due to lag effects but at least set a new record)
To make sure I was about 1950 buses long first, I used the formula from my "Important PC Snakeybus Math Formula and How to Use It" video to figure out that I should be close to 274.2 buses long before dropping off the maximum number of passengers for the rest of the game. In this run, I was 274 buses long.
DROPOFF SKIP
At 0:40, go left of the dropoff to make a spiral on the ramp. Then at 1:11, jump out of the spiral and go left of the dropoff again.
ROUTE TIPS
* = helps with endgame plan
*At 1:16, land and stay on the left side of the ramp.
*At 1:18, go straight instead of cutting across to pick up the passengers. For early route cycles, it's fine to pick up these passengers.
*After the jump at 4:46, land close to the wall at 4:48.
-At 5:16-5:22, drive along the edge of the pathway to ensure space on both sides of you for future parts of the route
*At 5:41, stay against the wall and under your buses before driving into the next lane.
-At 7:37, refer to the lightened ground to make sure you don't drive off the edge.
-After driving through the lightened ground for the third time, be ready to jump at 7:55 as soon as your bus faces the other direction.
-At 8:34, pay attention the bus stop shelter on the ground below you to the right. Jump as soon as this bus stop shelter is out of sight.
-At 12:41, drop down to the ramp on the left as soon as your bus is entirely in the lightened part of the pathway.
*At 12:44, land and stay on the left side of the ramp.
-At 12:52, be barely right of the bus stop shelter. As soon as you're past this bus stop shelter, turn left.
-At 13:12, drive left off the pathway as soon as your bus is entirely in the darkened part of the pathway.
-At 13:13-13:16, when you have your bus facing the correct direction, air roll left while holding the brakes to ensure space on both sides of you for future parts of the route.
-At 13:48, jump just before reaching the shadow edge.
-At 13:49-13:53, have the arc of the jump be very high to lessen the chance of air traffic with the buses from the jump at 8:35.
-At 14:24, pay attention to the gap between the pathways on your left. Jump as soon as you're next to the pathway support at 14:27.
-At 15:58, hit the gas to help with making the jump to the cliff area.
-At 16:07-16:17, leave a lane of space to your left for the jump out of the spiral at 18:49.
-At 16:16, turn left once you're past the bus stop shelter.
*At 16:18-16:24, drive along the shadow edge.
ENDGAME PLAN
-At 19:19-19:26, drive on the left side of the ramp on your way to making the last major dropoff.
*I wasn't maxed out on passengers because I didn't want to do another route cycle just to get a little over 500 more passengers.
-At 19:30-20:08, make a spiral on the ramp.
-At 20:17-22:46, make a spiral in the empty space.
-If possible, pick up passengers at 22:50 and 22:56 before going across the dropoff zone at 23:00.
-At 23:08 as soon as you drive over the passenger pick up zone, boost onto the buses you'll drive on.
-At 24:16, jump to the ground by the cliff edge.
-At 24:20-24:47, drive on the buses on the curved pathway.
-At 24:48, drive into the ground space between the buses.
-At 24:52, boost onto the buses. Land as much left as you can.
-At 24:54-26:44, drive on the buses going through the tunnel.
*If you cut yourself off like I did at 25:30, be aware that the sloped ground at 26:33 can get you back on track.
-At 26:45, drop/boost to the right onto the ground buses.
-From 26:48 to the rest of the game, drive on this spiral of buses.
*If you're able to fight through lag and get yourself to drive on the other spiral nearby, then great.
FINAL NOTE
At 29:07, this run's score didn't show up on the leaderboard because the game developers set a cap of 3000 as a way to prevent hackers. As you can see, what I did is legitimate and to further show its legitimacy, I uploaded a video showing my 4284 PC run fully from start to finish.
