This video explains the snap in simulation in ansys workbench. Bi-linear material properties are used in the simulation. The main output from the snap in simulation is basically the Snap In force observed. Depending upon application and purpose the allowable snap in force changes.

Why in your tutorial PP has 5600 Mpa Young's Modulus, it's too much . Ususally PP has 1200 Mpa
