I live in SC and just recently graduated highschool. Retro and "blue collar" style clothing is the popular thing now. Champion is now on a higher level than Nike. All the squated truck guys have mullets and all the girls dress like a 70's soccer mom.
In 89 I moved a couple states away from my Snap On dealer. I owed around 900 and he let me continue to send him payments until I paid it off. I went from weekly to biweekly but he was pretty cool to let me continue. Actually he sold me a truck special during that time and put it on my account.
Just started my first job in the field about a month ago. I love my snap on guy. Always has amazing deals, let's me pay whatever I want to every week and has almost no limit on my truck acount.
We definitely do that clay My wife and I don't drop hints... We ask each other what we would like and send each other a eBay/Amazon shopping cart... Same with my son... Simple and easy.. I buy stuff all year long and never need to save up for all the bs for Christmas...

Clay I live in Hampton, New Hampshire it’s been 25 degrees then it’s been 60s last 3 days. The weather is nuts. We normally are 25 degrees and below from thanksgiving till March 20ish. It’s crazy
Snap On owns some great shop equipment. We’re going to replace a crappy Bendpak alignment lift with a John Bean hopefully in 2022. Snap On / John Bean is comparable to Hunter but their price is even better.
Champion is comfortable, decent quality, people like the branding too. Sweats are more popular in general these days. I have lots of nice winter hats and I wear my Champion ones the most by far, so comfortable!
Cathart the brand of working people and wannabe working people. I've seen people who haven't lifted a finger in about five generations wearing cathartic because it's trendy to be blue collar. But cathart makes comfy boots now. Those have to be the most comfortable boots I've worn I've work timberlands and redback. I haven't found a comfort to price ratio like carhart
There are some Snap On dealers that sell Gearwrench and will warranty them.Have read this on Facebook.Another dumb thing is the jeans with the holes and tears in them that are $50.00 each.A customer of my dad's has a daughter this way wearing them
I bought my E-Z RED Kiwi pliers set online for the best price I could find and waited for them to arrive. Then found them on the Snap-On truck for less than what I paid.

I messed up today pretty bad... Was backing in a trailer for the first time, I've never backed anything larger than 20 foot, was making a turn to get squared up with my spot and didn't take the ass swing into consideration and bashed a 50 thousand dollar reefer into a dumpster...
Boss man didn't seem super upset, just wants all the damaged panels replaced by the 29th and I have help. Just the way it happened it was pretty upsetting, but hey you live and you learn and I guess this is one of them times where I learn the hard way

Could you touch on the 3/4 head ratchets i have the L72t and just ordered a 36 inch handle for it and it will not fit so i was forced to buy a new l872 head so i spent about 500 dollars and iam still without a handle for the L72t
that's pretty cool, My Matco guy ordered a super expensive gaming monitor for one of the guys at the shop next to the one i work at just because the guy wanted one but didn't have enough money to buy it also did the same with another guy for a laptop and he made a few bucks on the process, of course i understand it depends from person to person but kudos to my Matco Dealer that's going the extra mile
So I asked my snap on dealer if he would get me a CDI torque products click style torque wrench (cdi is owned by snap on) he said he couldn’t sell them that they like to keep their business separate, I was like that’s strange… so I ended up getting a snap on torque wrench 🤷🏻♂️😂

ive heard of mac dealers selling energy drinks and such on their trucks, which is brilliant, sometimes if we dont want tools that week we'll definitely appreciate the ease of not needing to go out to the store at lunch for something like that, wish my snap on dealer did that

I must have gotten lucky because my wife hates shopping she feels guilty just spending $20 an I tell her all the time that she doesn't have to ask me before buying anything but you best believe when she does ask for something I spare no expense and get it in ASAP. I like to buy tools, toys and everything under the sun because evidently there isn't a hobby I find that I enjoy that ends up being a cheap one lmao.
Those CTA filter wrenches are terrible. Bought the 4 piece set and all of them bent horribly, ended up getting the bluepoint set and abuse them and they have held up amazingly. In my opinion if you're in the market for filter wrenches. Get bluepoint they at 100x better Tyan cta filter wrenches!
As always, I thoroughly enjoyed the video Clay. You and Jovin are certainly a couple guys I could drink a beer with, even though I'm more of a whiskey guy myself. I just wish my Snap On guy was more like Hamilton. Last week I caught him putting stuff on my account that I didn't even buy, and then he had the nerve to play dumb when I confronted him about it. But really needing a cart but can’t get approved is there any reason why that is? I have decent credit and stuff just my guy can’t get it to go through two feting if you k ow why

I've worked with guys who openly admit that their wife keeps their balls in an empty Duke's Mayonnaise jar in the back corner of the refrigerator so I'm not surprised Hamilton gets calls from their wives ! ! ! Merry Christmas to both of you.
