That’s stunningly fast considering the distance between Bordeaux and Paris! Even by high-speed rail standards that is impressive.

So it takes about 10 minutes to place your order for the buffet, and it looks like they want your name, email and of course payment details, and then you've still got to make your way to the buffet to collect it (and it's still not ready). That's really a revolutionary breakthrough in making things so much quicker and easier

I agree that boarding gate is useless when it is not consistently applied across the system. Really enjoyed your video. Binged a bunch of them.

Darkmaster What’s the point when only some stations have it? It would be fulfilling its purpose if it is consistently applied across the whole system.

I think Wifi depends on 3g/4g coverage so it's not directly the fault of the company (maybe the web site could be optimized though)

Yeah I noticed that. The WiFi is useless when you're phone has access to 3G/4G. They really should improve on that

@@antonin701 I don't really know how they could. The train can't really connect to anything else than 4g. I have no knowledge of any better tech for 300km/h trains.

@@bensongxisto2374 Maybe they could get a better 4G coverage around the LGV (High speed line). What bothers me is that they do so much marketing about free wi fi but it doesn't work 80% of the time

@@antonin701 yes I know, I can't even connect with my computer the password page doesn't appear. Anyway I don't care so much, I prefer them spending money on improving the reliability of the network.

1:22 I thought they don’t have gates in France, also what are the validators for if there are gates. In London some stations have gates and no validators and others have validators and no gates

gates are for TGVs only in France. But not all statitons are equiped of them.

The seats look really good and the arrival into Paris was WEALLY WEALLY FAST at 1200kmh 😂😂😂 I heard TGV are getting more new trains in 2023

So is the goal for SNCF to refurbish all TGV trains with these seats? They seem to have way too many seat designs in their fleet of TGV's at the moment!
