I could never imagine keeping my daughter from her dad. When we split, I sent her to live with him for middle school. I had her come back for High-school. We stayed great friends, and my daughter thanks me all the time, for never putting her in the middle. It is about the children.

She needed cats to deal with not having her son while her son was with his father. Your child is not there for your emotional support. The doctors wrong, dads wrong, everybody’s wrong but mom.

I am always suspicious of the mothers who have these elaborate, wacky stories about how Traumatized their children behave when they visit dad. and how they’re terrified before the visit. She’s definitely done her research in preparing her story. And if a six-year-old is that sensitive, it’s usually due to mom wacky reactions to everything. wacky mothers usually tell the kids that they must be upset because of situations. Also, this mom keeps talking about the dad being controlling of her. Lady, just because someone doesn’t beg you to do something doesn’t mean they’re controlling. you don’t live together. He states he wants to and you either do it or you don’t. Just because you don’t like the delivery doesn’t mean as controlling.

It looks clear that this mother just doesn't like being told anything and doesn't want to listen to anyone. Just like when father said anything about cats and even when doctor says the same thing. She needs to grow up.

It’s very telling that she has asthma and still doesn’t know the mechanics of inhaled steroids. Those aren’t maintenance drugs, they are used to prevent inflammatory reactions in the lungs, asthma attacks. And if the trigger causes a severe reaction, there’s typically no maintenance drug that’s going to stop it. That’s why you should have epi-pens. They don’t stop the reaction, but they can buy you precious time to get help. They need an asthma action plan. I have one, my grandson has one. We have multiple copies. They go wherever we go. Not sure this lady has a clue. Very suspect.

Let’s also call the travel aspect what it is. Ridiculous. No kid likes to travel but that is not the child’s fault nor is it the father’s fault. We all know this mother makes a big dramatic production of the travel time though which only encourages the kid to hate it even more. Let’s also call the boyfriend what she wants to call him. She wants to change one baby daddy for the other, a replacement. That’s not how it works lady. I also would bet money this mother is already participating in the criminal act of parental alienation. This mother needs therapy and morals. You can tell everyone babies her and that is why she just keeps talking and talking. Yet another judge who somehow believes mothers are worth more than fathers. These judges need to look at the statistics of single parents. It is proven children of single mothers have more issues than those of single fathers. It is proven they are more likely to live in poverty, be emotionally physically and sexually abused, to commit self harm, and to have more mental health issues. When both parents are present there should always be 50/50, 100% of the time. No money should exchange hands c women need to step up and stop expecting the men they leave to provide for them.

I always hate to see parents who can’t be grown ups and weaponize their children. Mom says son is super sensitive yet she needed a cat when her som went on visits and talks about dad being mean to her. They both need to grow up be positive about visits to the other parent and suck it up. Life is hard enough. Don’t make it worse on your children because you regret breeding with someone. Grit your teeth, smile, and fake it till you make it.

I can see why a doctor would shush the mom. I have raised children with severe allergies and I can tell you adding any animal in the house is not in the best interest of the child but is instead selfish as it’s impossible to single out which thing kicks off a problem as their allergies vary. For a 6 month period we limited our menu to 3 items to help stop my daughter’s allergic reactions. My opinion from personal experiences.

I think the dad should get custody. Especially if her mom is watching the child 3 days a week. That is time the child could be with the father. I find the mom to be a liar.

This is the judge that my husband and ex wife have and your comment at the end about her favoring mothers is absolutely correct. Judge McNabb is a smart lady but unfortunately mothers in her court have figured out she sides with them and its gotten to the point that all moms have to say is dad is abusive to the kids and she'll instantly put the dad on supervised parenting time till it gets proven otherwise. I understand ruling on the side of caution but there has to be more evidence in my opinion before taking the word of a mother like that. At the end, when you said, the judge normally leans toward the mother side, it confirmed my suspicions about the judge. I was very surprised when she stopped and yelled at the dad twice early on. It was very inappropriate. Shit she have asked him to sit down and stop what he was doing yes, but she literally yelled at him instead of talking to him.

Everything the mom said was not concern for her son but concern for herself. The judge was quick to tell at dad but never said anything to mom when she was asking his attorney questions instead of answering or when she would go on and on when ask she needed to say it's yes or no. This judge is definitely bias and I have no doubt she'll give mom custody 😢

September 17, 2024: First, I greatly appreciate your videos and learning about human nature. Now, I have the cringe with the Mom speaking, and there are many. The expression “UM” is nearly every other word. It is so annoying that in this day and age, conversations like this are ordinary to include other filler words. To include “I wanna say”. Then they proceed to speak! Mom talks so fast and choppy. Ugh! The case is interesting, and I love the judge, but this is painful to hear.
