Yeah, barts nightmare was the first thing that came to my mind

Unused games not good enough for Bart's Nightmare, which is already a very low bar.

Well, I find the minigames in this version to be better than that game though. That game is awful.

@@dalton2k538 They both suck. Acclaim is not a bad company, even though it published bad games, but Simpsons Acclaim games are terrible. If you're gonna play an Acclaim game, make it something like Mortal Kombat 1 and 2 on SNES and Sega, NBA Jam series, Maximum Carnage (SNES published also by LJN), Turok and that kind of stuff.

​@@wizarddudereborn457 I didn't say that Virtual Bart is good, I just say it's better than Nightmare. Not that it's saying anything. I'm well aware of Acclaim trying their best to pick up where LJN left off; I still have my copy of Batman Forever for Genesis from when I was a kid. Ugh.

Too bad we had to wait until Hit & Run for an actually good Simpsons game.

​@@Benjamillion I like Escape From Camp Deadly, but for some reason that game is generally considered bad. I guess that's not a "home" console release either.

@@handsomebrick Well I mean as long as you're playing a game from a system that you bought, and you can play at home (without illegal emulation) then it would be considered a home console. I've only ever seen Camp Deadly advertised in magazines, so I can't say I have the best knowledge with it.

I beat the tomato throwing one but that was the only one lol. Difficult, especially as a kid when you don't really have a good attention span lol.

Yeh maybe with the tomato's game was the least difficult but the others are too friking hard haha

Funny enough I thought I was just bad, but seems like everyone agrees with the difficulty of this game.

@@lalolanda4206 To be honest, it's the other way around. Genesis has better graphics with the better cutscenes and overall better look as well as (near) perfect emulation of Mode 7. (Perfect in the slide level, almost in the stage select) While Genesis has better voice samples, the music suffers quite a bit from the maligned GEMS driver it uses (even though a very select few tracks are better on Genesis). SNES music is better. Gameplay, they're just about the same. Genesis opted out of 320x224 and used the same resolution SNES uses. (Actually, scratch that. They do have gameplay differences. One that basically killed the SNES version was the lack of hint in the slide level. In the Genesis version, Willie would hint you where the correct area to go is. The motorcycle level is different too in terms of appearance and the SNES version suffering from major frame drops at times.)

I figured it was the Mister Softee music as well

It's funny because the tomato throwing game is the only fun one.

In the Snes version: above the progress bar there is an arrow of the color of the tunnel that you have to choose in the Sega version: just before the two tunnels there is a man in a green suit if you pause you will see that he has arrows

@@leonardoperes5574 And in the SNES version there is also the guy with arrows in his swimsuit I say this because the arrow that appears in the progress bar It comes out just before the two tunnels, and it is difficult to see it and choose the correct one
