I really like this game playing 1vs2. Yes, it might take longer, but you may agree how to resolve conflict in time. Playing 1v1 cause me sometimes a headache due to "mistakes" while listening to your coplayer from a different point of view may save your a#s 🙂 Anyway I love this game, one of my favs. Thanks for the video!
Honestly, your personalities, simple and informative format, and great presentation make your channel one of the best for board game info! Thanks for all your work!
Sabotage is another alternative, and very much works best at 4P. Wonderfully silly special abilties as well. Closer to this, Lifeform (very much a homage to the 1st Alien movie) has a good hidden movement system, with 2 (or 3) sensor readings disguising the real lifeform's position. Works well with 2-4 players, albeit the rules can be overly fiddly in places, where they put theme ahead of gameplay.
I have and I really like Specter ops, and this sounds very similar. But is it better? I mean is it worth to get Sniper Elite as possible upgrade for my collection if I already own Hidden movement game that I love to play.
I have both but I think I'll end up selling Specter Ops. Sniper Elite has a smaller map so potentially the games can be shorter and it has less rules so it could also be an entry level game for non gamers
I didn't back this game because I didn't think it could be good, the video game isn't that good, it's just about the gore in the kill shots. But every review I've seen has praised this game. But having MIND MGMT and Beast coming, not sure I need this too. Maybe if they do a deluxe reprint, I might be tempted.
I have all the good hidden movement games except beast and this is the one I teach new people over Whitehall mystery. It's just so clean and the shooting mechanism adds a really interesting element. We still choose FoD for a longer game and mind mgt with my wife. I would suggest sniper elite unless you have a partner that wants to dig deeply into mgt with you.
