ABOUT THIS GAME
Sniper Elite 5 is the latest installment in the acclaimed tactical shooter series developed by Rebellion Developments. Set in 1944 France, players step into the boots of elite sniper Karl Fairburne, tasked with uncovering and dismantling a secret Nazi project known as “Project Kraken.” The game offers a rich blend of stealth, strategy, and precision shooting, with expansive maps based on real-world locations captured in stunning detail.
The gameplay features the series’ signature X-Ray kill cam, which graphically showcases the impact of your shots on enemy soldiers. New mechanics include ziplining, creating sound masks by sabotaging vehicles, and non-lethal takedowns for bonus experience points. Players can customize their weapons extensively and navigate the environment with an improved traversal system.
Sniper Elite 5 also introduces an Invasion mode, allowing a third player to join as an enemy sniper, adding a thrilling layer of unpredictability. The game supports both single-player and cooperative multiplayer modes, along with a survival mode for up to four players123.
