@@ATOMark I think you gave a great balance of information. I especially enjoyed hearing your personal feelings about the frames. Anybody can just rattle off the stats but you do both and that’s awesome! So no I don’t know that I would add anything but your personal experience is what I value the most.

I have had this one for a little while but I haven't shot it that much. Once you get monetized it makes the frame purchasing much easier. It can get pricey for sure now I let the channel pay for the stuff.

I have never bought anything from fowler. I like the guy, enjoy his channel and like his store but the shipping is obscene. I'm pretty sure I got mine from GZK. I am glad you enjoy my videos.

my favorite so far, yes i like it more than the Scout LT LE. but then again the Scout LE is completely different in the hand....

I think I prefer this one too. Both are great shooters but I find the s robin more comfortable.

It depends. They seem to be made to order. It depends on where you land in the queue. The shipping was pretty fast for me though.

I watched it. You nailed that shot. When it comes to card cuts I am not concerned with the cut but you can definately see you nailed it dead center. I bet if you hit it higher up on the card it would have had far more damage. Was going to leave a comment but I got a call from my wife and had to pick her up.

Good question. They are 1 hand only. You pick left or right hand hold when you order.

Genuine question, do you use steel balls? If so do you collect them after or leave them?

I shoot steel balls. To be honest I believe the steel balls are better for the environment. The clay ammo we buy come from other countries and we could be introducing bacteria and disease to our environment. So the answer is I do shoot and leave the ammo from time to time. Most of the time I bring a ammo trap of some kind to save money.

I think it's the color and their might be some differences in materials but I am not sure.

Nice catapult. You said they customised it . Would they do wider for gaps too or just handle length .What sort of price ?

They say some minor adjusting to size. There was no charge for me. So same price.

Hello, i wonder between titan hunter and G3. Now i use scout LT and pinch grip which its rly comfortable for me. Can You advise me please which slingshot of those two take, considering that i rly like scout.

Well if you really like pinch grip frames I would go with the s-robin. The Titan hunter is one of my favorite slingshots but It is a thumb brace frame.

I order loads of stuff from sniper sling and it's free postage to the UK as long as you don't mind waiting as it's shipped from China but iv never had a problem and rate them first class

Thats a real tuff one. I don't really have a single favorite but I have a select few that I just love to shoot. S Robin, Titan hunter, Wasp Enzo, Scout LT LE and custom Beagle from Prime Fork Catapults. The EVO and Wasp Venator would be there too but I prefer clipped frames.

Hard to tell. The vortex I got was a gift and not made to my specs. So I would have to go with the s robin.

@@ATOMark Okay, well, I’m a beginner. I’ve only replaced two bands, so very new. I have a SimpleShot Scout X. I like it, I can experiment with both OTT and TTF. It doesn’t fit my hand ‘perfectly’ though I think that either the Vortex or the Robin would be an improvement in fit. Thing is, I wouldn’t know what to ask for in the way of ‘customization’. From the pics it seems like the Vortex would be a bit more ‘solid’ feeling. Comments?

Personally to go to an expensive slingshot like that this early may be a mistake. Yes it looks cool..... and it is. But an expensive slingshot won't make you shoot any better than a cheap one. I would keep shooting for a while with the one you have and try and figure out if that fork width works for you. Then you can make a good decision on buying a semi custom like the vortex.

@@ATOMark Yeah, that pretty much sums up my previous thoughts. The expense isn’t a huge factor. I’m pretty much retired and because I haven’t bern playing golf weekly for the last year or so, my ‘entertainment budget’ is well into the the black. But I know it won’t make me shoot any better. And the Scout X has about 17mm additional width in the forks. Quite honestly smaller forks are a bit worrisome. I’m not in a hurry. But that brass and black Vortex sure looks cool.
