Hi Peeps Let’s try cast-on stitch! I stumbled over my words today. The squawking bird is a cockatoo and the faint grunting sound is the brush-turkey! Happy stitching! Jenny C
Thank you so much Jennifer, from a fellow Scorpio. Really enjoying your stitch snippets and have your book by my side for reference - such a help to see your hands at work. Just love the pin cushion at the end ❤
Hello Jennifer, lovely to see you again. Glad to hear that you are back to teaching again😊👏🏼 Your skills are so valuable and appreciate your sharing them with us. The scrub turkeys were really enjoying their “gardening” 😂🌻🦋
Jennifer, thank you so much for this video. I have your books. They have inspired me to tackle making a quilt for a friend. We are using fall colors. I love your videos. I will never be able to attend one of your classes. Have you ever thought about making online classes? I think a lot of people would be very interested in purchasing an online class from you. I know I would. Sometimes just seeing you work stitches and your verbal explanations just make the things in your books come alive. Thank you again for being a part of RU-vid.
Thank you so much Jennifer, from a fellow UK Scorpio. Thoroughly enjoy these individual stitch snippets and have your book by my side for reference - such a joy to see your hands at work❤
I knew it was a colonial knot because I learned it from you! My memory glitches now and again, too. Old brain. I💜that cast on stitch. I know how to crochet! It’s lovely to have these skills to use with new tricks. Thank you for teaching us these cool things. 💜💜💜
@@jenniferclouston7545 It happens to everyone. I listened this week to a lady trying to name a coloring book page. She finally says “zentangle.” I was thinking “mandala.” Brains all over the planet had tried to figure it out. Coloring book page! Sometimes it just eludes. 💜💜💜
I’m progressing nicely on my hexie bag also. Not sure wher to show it but I’m loving it. Finished front embroidery and about 1/2 of back. Thanks for all you show and teach❤-N
Thank you Jennifer for your video and your interesting bird sounds, always a pleasure. I have not tried the cast on stitch yet but it looks an excellent stitch for added texture. I hope you are continuing to improve after your surgery.
So lovely to see a video from you again Jennifer. I purchased that particular book of yours last year, I’m excited to try the cast on stitch in a flower, you make it look so easy.. thank you

So pleasant to watch this video. I hope to acquire ur lovely instruction books soon. Its such a joy to watch & learn from u. The nature sounds are lovely too. Its so nice to be able to enjoy some of the Australian nature sounds in ur videos. I am in NE Tx so my nature sounds are lovely cardinals, doves, tits, woodpeckers, bluejays, sparrows, wrens, & chickadees with plenty of squirrels coming around to raid the bird feeders lol. At night the opossums, field rats & raccoons think they need to try to get to the birdfeeders. It can all be a symphony of nature sounds 🙂
